3rd/4th option as well. He's right up there already imo. His improvement is happening by the week which is crazy

Is Furph better than freshman Wiggins?
Different roles tbh. Furphy is a stud
Yep.
Definitely the best half all year
15pt lead at half hell yeah
Nice effort kev
Refs need to reign in tugler.
All he does is miss
Oh my johnny
Jeez nick that's bad
Oh my this place is lit
KEVIN
Rebounding and making shots. Love it
Awesome sauce
They better get to the bench then
Kj has 4 assists already
Me likey
Unreal
Today and worry about Monday in 2 days🤣
Dickinson needs to have a big game today. The matchup is favorable since Houston doesn't have any size like him. No excuses for him today. STEP UP
Houston has 3 guys that can go off from 3, it's a huge part of their offense actually besides rebounding all their misses. They rely on the 3 a lot. Cryer is the worry especially with all his experience playing KU and his propensity for having big games playing us.
Shooter's shoot😂
Seems fitting, big game. It's February and we tend to rise to the occasion. Time to welcome them to the Big-12 in the Phog.
Rock Chalk
Houston is favored in Allen Fieldhouse.
You have officially poked the bear

Best to think of it as a de facto suspension
I wrote a whole paragraph for that one liner to hit it on the head
Perhaps. I don't think playing this year was an option available to him like it was for others who've redshirted here in the past and could have their shirt pulled if needed. As I understand it, Zach is very lucky Bill is who he is as a person/coach/leader and the investment to him being here was about getting Zach back on track with many things outside of basketball. In tune being around the team and the structure is supposed to ultimately lead him to a better future. Perhaps he has a chance to regain his spot for next year if he aces this test. It does sound like this is going positive for him at least.
It's unfortunate, sounds like the redshirt is having the impact needed. Self's word will go a long way to him potentially finding another opportunity. From what I have gathered here, Zach is fortunate enough to be back and getting this opportunity to turn it around. We certainly could use him, I agree there
Zach's situation is apparently a bit unique in circumstance.
I'm not convinced he will be here next season. I think Self did him a solid to let him get right and hopefully find a better spot for himself in the next portal window.
Rising by the game. tbd

Someone already probably said this, but did we learn anything last night or is OSU just bad?
Not much, they are that bad. Individually, Elmarko making a few shots and playing free with confidence was huge. When he's engaged you see his immense potential. Perhaps we are slowly starting to see the benefits of Furphy in the starting lineup. I thought Juan had a good game as well, he stepped up on both ends and looked a bit quicker then seen in recent weeks.
Self said Kev will hopefully practice Friday. Bone bruise on outside of knee
How'd they pull Fran's card twice in a week.
Yikes nick
I'm usually shocked when he misses
Braun has got to rebound
Dang 2 good looks
Can we schedule these guys again
Not good if true that Kev isn't just getting rest for a bigger game
Good game for guys to step up and be counted on. So far Elmarko has risen
Love it
Saving him for Saturday.
