Said it before and will say it again because I like to see myself type. The loss of Doke this year is minimal when comparing it to what it's going to cost us next year. as some of have mentioned he would have not likely beaten LL out. But he will basically be starting all over this summer and fall learning the offensive sets.

Saw a stat that Jackson gave up 29 points on 19 possessions. Looks like he wad scouted well. I noted in post game when Huggy was asked about him he went out of his way to say several times that he is a heck of an athlete. Never said he was good at any basketball aspect which i found interesting.

@nuleafjhawk we are 0-4 our last 4 trips out there. What's been the constant ? Huggins. We lost last night because he runs 11 guys non stop and gases our 7. Even if we shoot 100% from the line, we still lose.
Part of his problem in Morgantown is that he keeps running Into a Hall of Fame coach with over 800 career wins.
@HawkChamp I respectfully disagree with that assessment. He landed Cliff, Chieck, Carlton, and Udoka. So they haven't panned out. I don't see Dukes bigs lighting it up either, and they were highly sought after. He's landing players. And he is 18-2 coaching with an entirely new philosophy than he did his entire career. Losing Udoka was huge. Bragg not progressing as he should is even bigger.

@HawkChamp Kentucky isn't a very "tough" team either. I agree Kansas is SOft. But they can score. And that just be enough. Unlikely East Coast Sports Network will want to see Hawks win in Rupp though.

@kjayhawks I agree with your point also. My opinion is that the Kentucky game is important. A Big 12 championship and a U.K. Win puts Kansas in the drivers seat for #1 overall seed if they continue taking care of business as they should. I'm sure Self was thinking he was playing with house money by stealing one he expected to lose at Iowa st and WVU ALREADY losing 3. Was at that game. Strangest aura of any sporting event I've attended. Wanted that win for TRob so badly.
@Texas-Hawk-10 at 49-53 when the guys were bringing the ball up the court, Self said "hey, hey guys, you are going to have to play now, okay" Seemed awfully strange at the time, especially because wasn't saying it stressfully or with anger. Was able to watch today's game from a few rows up from court. Very easily able to read body language. Did not appear to be a max effort performance. Seemed to coast. Mason had a small sized brace on his knee that was hard to see under the white tights. Lucas appeared gased all games and I am fairly certain his wrist isn't right.
3 nights ago I woke up in cold sweats flashing back to being seeded 1 with Nova as the 2 and Graham "phantom called" out of the game. Not sure why my mind went there. I guess, maybe the chiefs game triggered it.

Four of us. when I've gone in last it seems there is a Huuge line outside several hours before the doors open. I've been really fortunate in the past to never have to stand in that line.
