They just moved the Aussie Open to ESPN News for two hours...
Would be interested to know Ochai's % from the corner as opposed to wing or top. Plus, we he is falling away like the last shot, it rarely goes in...
0-5 from 3.
Other than 2 not very smart fouls that put him on the bench for a couple of longs stretches, Doke was a monster. 18 points, 11 RBs, and 4 blocks...
No open 3s...
Jeez Dot - Doke's making above average...
Not the shot we want from Ocahi at this point in the game...
That's just pathetic...
Another bad foul. And they're in the double bonus now...
Regardless of the outcome, our Kenpom defensive efficiency is going to take a hit...

Moss's box score line looks really bad
You mean 1-6, 0-3, zero rebounds and assists and 2 fouls. What's wrong with that???
60% from FT line and 4-15 from 3 makes games a LOT more difficult than they should be...
Couple more stops...
Danger time...

Really surprised Doke still in now...
Bill wants to win.
Which is why I would sit him for the last 3 minutes...
Really surprised Doke still in now...
What a turnaround...

Take doke out at the u4
I'd take him out now - Fulkerson is out with 2 as well...
If nothing else, we have balanced scoring - all 7 have scored...
Very nice run here...
I expect them to feed it to Fulkerson...
Taking a big risk here...

MAKE LAYUPS
And FTs...
Let's hope we can keep it under 10 by half...
Going to be interesting to see 10 minutes of really small ball...
We're on a pace to score 16 for the game.....
Focusing on the game itself, perhaps lost in the glow of Braun's breakout performance, it's worth noting that the rest of the rotation players were just 2-15 from 3. Not suggesting that we wouldn't have won without Braun going off, but it might have made for some tense moments. And, that kind of shooting is not going to get it done against better teams...

PER's after the Sunshine ****show
First Overall PER's. Doke & Dot continue to lead the way.

Conference Play only PER's.
Notice the 2 point drop from Silvio. I'd imagine the analytics accounted for picking up a chair and not using it and some missed landed punches.
On a good note- play Christian Braun. PER near 20 after last night.
What is particularly eye-catching is Ochai's steep drop-off...
HCBS yanking on Dave at the end of the scrum...
Uh oh - guys come off the bench - punches thrown - suspensions???

80 still in doubt
Very much so...not going to be much offense run from here on...
31 points and counting from the bench - gotta love it...
Didn't really expect Braun to ever reach 20 this year. Think that is the 7th Jayhawk to do so???
Ochai dribbling in traffic is always a bad idea...
Just to note that we are just 2 for last 11 on 3s - reverting to the mean - but the early makes opened things up. Plus only 3 TOs since the first 4 minutes....

Will be second time we break 70 this year in real games - maybe first time busting 80 in regulation..
slow down there on the 80 talk, amigo
I did say maybe, but fair enough. Just need a couple of Jank 3s in garbage time!

Marcus on cue as they are showing interview with
Fran...
This really should be a 25-30 point game right now...

My wife is a Dave defender in my house. I moan and groan.
David loves himself a jump shot.
If he had one, I woudn't mind so much...
We really don't need Dave trying to score when he is in. Put backs fine. Dunks fine. Rebounds fine. Hedges fine.
13-2 run by the Kitties over the past 4 minutes. Our missed shots were open ones. It's the defense that disappeared...
We had a 24 point lead at the 18 minute mark.....
Defense has taken a few minutes off....
@DanR you mean more beautifuller or something... ;)
Love the clock awareness by Braun...
Kind of mucking along for a while. 17 point lead 2-3 times...
Okay, that was not a good looking 3 ball...
Have made 5-11 3s, but just 45% from field. The big difference is we have taken 9 more shots. We turned it over 4 times in the first 4 minutes, but no TOs since then. Amazing what NOT turning the ball over can do for scoring efficiency...

@DCHawker Our guards always take it to the rim and end up on the sidelines when sometimes a pass would get an easy layup
I think it's partly a HCBS preference for "combo" guards. Dotson thinks score first, not pass. It was the same with Frank and Devonte, although both improved their distribution over time. Dotson is not really a great point guard - he doesn't (yet) make the players around him better. He is a very good college scoring guard...
