I agree- I couldn't care less whether we're 1st or not. I was pointing out the irony of a guy saying he tells the truth when he doesn't on the simplest of things.

He may have been later to adopt it than we would have liked, but damn do I love that he saw the light. Shoot a ton of 3s and use your athleticism on D and in transition. It's been so fun to watch, but even better it has been effective. When you are KU and you can have 6 guys on your team that are 6'5 and above and shoot the 3 better than 33% you should use that to your advantage. Because the reality is most teams don't have that luxury...

Really hope he wins 1 or 2 more before he goes.

The passing is sensational.
The value of the team is that all 5 can make winning plays, not one of them has to be the person that makes the winning play. That's very hard to defend.

KJ is averaging more than Dave was last year at this time. The team is better defensively, although still not as good offensively as last year. McCullar fits so well with what we do, having him next to Juan is almost unfair. The beauty of this team is we haven't even scratched the surface yet.

Juan is realizing he can make 2-3 3's a game easily, KJ is inventing new ways to score ( he tries to shoot but is guarded- he resets, creates some distance from the defender and sinks the 7 footer. Freaking BRILLIANT).

Gradey is just beginning. They've tried to shut him down and he's figuring out ways to get open, and when he does, he's Larry Bird. JW has been slogging, but they're playing him too many minutes. If they give him 5 minutes more rest, I think the shooting numbers will improve rapidly. Bobby has been so good- he is a one man offensive machine, whether passing or driving to the rim. Just fearless and relentless.

We're certainly going to be tested in the best conference in the nation, but I still say our floor is 14-4 in conference.

This rebuild year is more of a reload year. The passing is exquisite- the shooting is remarkable. KJ has become my hero. Load the wagons again!

Just a convincing win. Best we've looked since the xmas break.

We're probably going to be the #1 team in the country in the next poll. This has been a pretty good rebuilding year!
