@jaybate-1.0 I'm thinking the word of the night is "BOOYAH".Lots of rim rattling dunks created by Huggie's 40 minutes of mildly annoying defense, which we'll run into the ground tonight .I'm thinking Devonte has another 20 point night tonight.
I can't wait for the game....I think we're going to destroy the Hillbillies. Run outs galore. After this game, WVU might be tempted to stop payment on that "Huggie beat KU" bonus check.
@nuleafjhawk Not having a bad day, guy. I'm getting the same exact comments about Cliff from folks that dislike KU a lot, so I expect that on general bb boards.... just not here...
@wissoxfan83 From the day of the hat ceremony, you decided Cliff had poor character, and now , without knowing one single fact of the case, are using his "poor character" as a rationale to slam him. You could be totally 100% right in your evaluation about Cliff, but I personally resent such character assassination without having one single fact out on the table.

The truth is we know nothing about the facts, so any and all speculation at this point is borrowing trouble, imo.
@Kip_McSmithers All great questions assuming you know all the facts of the case. How do you know that KU doesn't spend a bunch of time going over what's permissible and what's not with their players?

The first three games of the Big 12 tourney will be more difficult than the first three games of the NCAAs . Our first game should be Texas. Then we would play either Iowa St, WVU, or Baylor in the semis, and possibly OU in the championship game. I think we can beat any of the teams ranked ahead of us in the polls, including Tucky. These close, grind em out games are designed to get us ready for the tourney. Would anyone have thought we could beat Texas by making 1 (3) pointer, and having 14 shots blocked after watching our game against Tucky?
@SoftballDad2011 The short answer would be people don't care about Texas, or Barnes, and to a large degree, Myles Turner. We get the microscope because we are relevant - Texas is not. Welcome !!!!

We will clinch the Big 12 title with our win Tuesday, as the Clones will have all hands on deck trying to avoid losing three in a row. We will beat the Hillbillies, as the human chessmaster carefully crafts his plan to keep the game score as close as possible while still winning. KU by 3.

@jaybate-1.0 He was trying to save Barne's job. Logically speaking, having Rick Barnes as UT coach is NOT a bad thing for KU. Our brilliant coach realized if he blew them out today, Barnes would get the Horns hook, so he kept it close. That's as close as I can get in response to Bad Ball.

@truehawk93 Damn it...WTH is going on now? Who in the hell allowed this to happen? This is all we need and hope it's a simple infraction. Why do I see sneering and tongue in cheek looks from other programs? How in the hell do we recruit and sign a top pick, only to be screwed this late in the season? This smells of conspiracy, plain and simple. Also, you never hear of them sniffing around uk or many other programs lately. Ironically, KU has one of if not the best team GPAs. So what eligibility is in question?
