Yeah, taking it to an extreme maybe, but imagine your local, state or US government holding hearings on the playing status of a college player — for whatever reason.

Government involvement is not without precedent. Phog Allen was forced to retire by KS legislature. Not exactly the same thing we're talking about with the NCAA and fed, but in the same solar system.

If we end up facing UNC (instead of Duke), we have to look a bit further back for proper payback.... to the 1957 triple-overtime, which was the beginning of UNC's ascension.
Basically both UNC and Duke/Coach K's ascension can be traced back to a victory over Kansas.

No question this was our worst half. Miami has a little to do with that but they don’t get full credit
If we regress to the mean and hit a couple of 3s and defend well, we are back in the game.
Rushing shots makes a defense look better
