The Ladies went on the road to BYU tonight , KU # 17 - -BYU -#13 . - -BYU -22-5 -( 11-4 ) - - KU - 20-5 ( 11-4 ) . - -the ladies got huge win. - -23-25- - -25-20- - -25-23 - - &- -25-22. - Really great match.
BYU had only lost 3 sets at the place all yr - -not 3 match's BUT 3 sets ! ! ! - -Plus BYU had only lost 7 Match's in the last 9 years -and our Ladies go in and win 3-1 - AWESOME job Ladies - - -ROCK CHALK

This team doesn’t have the horses offensively for him to take the night off against good teams (ignore Manhattan and the other crap teams every school plays).

Even last year he could defer to again two nba guys in Wilson and Gradey.
We don’t have nba guys but rather fringe nba guys so Juan 100% has to play more like Frank than freshman/soph Juan

Exactly- - he doesn't need to score in every dam game. His job is to run the team , get others involved , dish the dimes and play defense & before anybody says ANYTHING about his defense you don't get named defensive player of the year in the conference by being a bad defender.
Sure Juan scoring is an added bonus - -but hell even if he score 5-6 points a game it's gravy - -we have others that score the ball. Juan is msart enough to know that if they continue to back off of him -- he CAN SCORE but his primary job is to Facilite manage the floor which he is dam good at

I will say this about Kentucky , they are going to be a force later this year to contend with , when they get their 7 footers to go with these other kids as they develop through the year - -they gonna be good. -they could have a legit chance to have run for a couple of years with the kids they got - - only one problem, sure Cal recruits top notch talent - -thing with that, all these kids think they are one and done and don't really stick around long enough to do that.
This is kind of one of the reasons I like Coach , he gets those players, really solid that's in the middle 20 rank maybe 30-even 40 type rank players, kids that's going to be here 2-3 years and they develop. Sprinkle in every now nd then that 5 star or high 4 - -makes a world of difference. Bill & staff does a really good job of developing players
I have a question for anybody that might know. - -What is our record against Calipari now since he has been at Kentucky. I think we are doing fairly well against him aren't we ? - I know we beat him when he Coached at Memphis

IIRC, Holly said they had played in the champ before, and Cal said twice. Then Cal joked, "I won both of them didn't I?" and Self laughed and said something like "Defintely not!" I think it was all good natured.

Checked the box score, couldn't believe we end up shooting the ball as well as we did right at 48 % for the game. --- 22 assists - shot better from the three believe it or not, but they shot a lot more three's also. shot well from the line. - just proud of the fight of these guys
