@Gorilla72 the defense was solid most of the game IMO. We rebounded well, as I said earlier in this thread, OSU hit some tough tough shots and not 1 or 2 like 15.

I'd say a minimum of 2, his size hurts him a bit in today's game. The NBA wants the 6'5 or taller guys at the point. But I think he will for sure get drafted.

A win in Stillwater should be celebrated regardless of the year. Anyone is welcome to come over for Keystone lights.

We must lead the country in charge calls, he was fouled on the drive long before. If we have these freedom of movement rules we need to call them or do away with them. I feel we have been fouled the hell out of on drives all game we should have 40 FTs to their 2.

OSU is shooting insane from distance. We have shot more Fts because we are playing inside. Not gonna get as many FTs just throwing up fade away 3s and long 2s.

A lot of wrist on that block of Dave, I'm ok with getting hand but as @jayballer73 would say Mercy!! They got every call, we have one less foul and they haven't been in the paint all game. I think we are fine just, missed a ton of bunnies, they hit shots outta their asses all half and got every call money could buy and we are just down 5.

If he can keep it with in 5 I think we are ok, they are hitting Micheal Jordan fade aways consistently. I don't see happening all game. If it does, it just wasn't our day but gosh you'd hope back to back saturday's we wouldn't get lit up by a team shooting well above their average.

@KUSTEVE Yes, very rarely have we seen Mitch catch the ball in the low post and make a "post move" to score. Usually its a offense rebound or a wide open dunk off of a slip screen.

Did anyone else listen to hawktalk? They have a newer segment where Self spins a wheel and get a ? from what it lands on. Last night it was a former player, Tyrel Reed. He said he knew Self was soft as a player and wondered what was his worst injury lol.

I think it depends on the player and the game if you sit them the whole time or not. When I was coaching sometimes with the flow of the game we had to play a player with 2 in the first or the game could've got outta hand. A senior like Wade should be more than capable of playing at least for a few minutes with 2 fouls. If I'm not mistaken he got his second with about 8 minutes to go. I would've sat him for a few and told him to play softer on D.

I didn't watch that Tech, OSU game... man so close. That maybe what gets their attention for the rest of the year and seals our fate.
