@Crimsonorblue22 abouslutely not, that wasn't the right game plan IMO after they lit us up in the first game and Tech did Saturday. He said in pregame, they wouldn't switch and I told my wife KSU was gonna get open 3s and they did. KSU isn't a great driving team outside of Brown.
Hard to complain about much, tough outing for Ochai. I like that Bill made the adjustment to switch everything in the second half, which was big in not giving them wide open looks. I was ticked early because we gave them that as we did Saturday. I hate to complain on Dedric to much, guy was a monster on the glass tonight but man 18 points from 20 shots. I liked aggressive Q aswell.
They only credited Mitch with 3 blocks! He had 3 in one trip! I will write in his name for next governors election.

@Woodrow If Beard was given the chance to come to Kansas before he is offered the UT, I'd bet a fair amount of money he'd take it. Obviously I hope Self works out and the NCAA doesn't take away all of our streaks but I'm a 100% for firing Self if anything is vacated.

I don't want to think about the conference at this point just want to think about winning tonight. KSU hasn't swept us in a regular season series since 1983, we will find out a ton about this team tonight with how they respond to the beat down they just got.
@HighEliteMajor I don't really get the way we play defense on the 3 point line most of the time. Seems like most of the shots from distance are from the corners of the court. Several were Saturday, the issue is that the guy guarding the guy in the corner when the ball is only one pass away is in the lane or damn close to it, to protect the drive and be there to help. The trouble is if the 3 point corner shot is one pass away he simply does does not have the time to get back. You shouldn't be more than 2 steps away from your man if it is one pass away, thats basic defense (one pass away means that there doesn't have to be a skip pass over several other offensive players, if they had to skip it you would fine sagging that far off because you can recover while the ball is in the air). I feel like our defense and rebounding have lacked very badly since 2012 or 2013.
Grad Transfers and Transfers are okay, I just dont want a team of them like this season. A 3 star recruit would could develop would've been much better than Charlie in the long run.
