@nuleafjhawk I can decide if I will fool myself into thinking we have a chance or not. If the same team that showed up last week does again I think we do but this rivalry seems to bring out the worst of us.

I’ll say the same thing I did at the end of last season, if KJ is starting and playing big minutes at the 4 we ain’t winning a thing. Its a sad truth at this point

What is everyone’s thoughts on the Quarters?

@approxinfinity for sure, I’m a little worried with how much athleticism we seem to be lacking compared to them. Hunts size would help a lot out there I think but they are so much quicker than we are.

I actually think Juan has looked good offensively, his defense continues to concern me. The guy he is on can get to the paint whenever he feels like it.

@stoptheflop I’ll add that about half of Mahomes picks haven’t been his fault IMO. Some hit his receivers in the hand, the receiver fell down or ran the wrong route. He’s always gonna be a high risk high reward passer like Favre was, if he had 5 or 6 more TDs the picks wouldn’t bother me much.

I’m hoping this is a get right game for the offense and Mahomes in some fashion. I haven’t heard anything about Hunt being injured to this point. I think the biggest issue Pat has faced is a depleted WR core and weak offensive tackles. Kelce hasn’t looked like the player we have grown accustomed to yet. I’m hoping DHop helps out a fair amount but the last few weeks there hasn’t been a top 50 receiver on the roster. People forget JuJu got cut from the pats this year and Hardman from the Jets last season. I don’t think this is a trap game like it was last season and they will definitely be ready for the raiders after that.

That’s so sad, his brother was grossly underrated as an nba player and he had made a name for himself as a coach. They haven’t released what procedure he had done or what happened yet. I had a doctor tell me once that any time you go under there is a chance you don’t come back regardless of how minor the procedure is. Gonna be tough for not only his family but his players.

@AsadZ people are harping Mahomes quite a bit but he literally has no receivers right now and bout half his picks weren’t really on him. As I said last year most of Brady’s super bowls came with him taking check downs and leaning on a great defense Mahomes is transitioning to doing the same the last 2 years.

@mayjay I honestly have thought for about a decade that professional sports are rigged to a degree in this country. Too many coincidences on point spreads. There are dozen of YouTube videos with good evidence. I don’t think they necessarily want one team to win just want a certain amount of points between them.
