Not sure if anyone saw my KU baseball comment but they hit 5 homers in a row today in the Vikings football dome and won 29-1. 15-2 now and have hit 37 homers which is pretty good.

Central Florida doesn't want to be called Central Florida, they think the public will forget they're directional if you call them UCF.
Never forget that this is a commuter directional (if central is a direction) school that Yormark decided was worthy of being in this once great conference. It cheapens the name Big 12 in my humble opinion. But whatever, we've got to play them and we've seen the best of KU in an absolute double them up beatdown in early January and then an embarrassing win a few weeks later when we only beat them by 4 at AFH.
Getting a taste of the the also ran feel everyone else has experienced ever since we've been in this expanded league. Not used to watching other teams awaiting the winner of our game, probably secretly hoping UCF pulls off the big upset. The last two times we won the Big12 tournament we went to the final four. But the other years were disappointing endings, seemingly losing to ISU in every one of them but I think last year Cincy blitzed us pretty bad when we were a mess. But we might as well gain some confidence and competency for the big tournament and win some games this week in what we used to call AFH East.

5 in a row went yard today at Minnesota. I've never heard of any team going 5 in a row before. They won 29-1!! Never heard of that before either!!

Yormark losing points by the dozens in the court of public opinion with the way he's ruining our conference.
The floor in KC is making my eyes bleed. NCAA has one of the best sports leagues out there and they go stupid with ridiculous paint jobs. I hope KU loses tonight so I don't have to watch another game of this tournament on that ugliness. Well not really.
Because it's my lunch break, got to watch what's on, and I just saw one of Coach Cal's brilliant players block a shot that came off the backboard awkwardly, a foot to the right of the goal, and bouncing away from the goal go up and swat it back at the backboard for the easiest goaltending call of all time.
14-2 now. Brutal game. KU walked nine, hit 4, gave up 10 hits, but Minny must've left a lot of ducks on one of their 10,000 lakes because they only scored 10 of those base runners.
14-1 current record. 2 games up in Minny this week.
@rockchalkjayhawk Id take a 11 or 12 seed for the same reason. Tougher 1st round matchup but then we avoid the 1-2 seed in the 2nd round.

Wow, that was interesting. Nonexistent bench production. We had so much depth coming into the season seemingly. I won't beat that drum of what happened again.
I was disappointed to miss almost all of the first half as I'd recorded the game and prior game must've gone really long. When I turned it on there was like 3 minutes left in the half and we had a really comfortable lead. Then they chipped away and we were suddenly losing and I was glum. But then something unexpected happened for this season. The starters locked it down. Started defending, making shots, looking like Jayhawks of old, and put them away. Zona's a good team, we're ok. 20 win season again for like 40 in a row and we'll hear our name called next Sunday once again. Expecting about a 7 seed.
@dylans Maybe not as happy as Caleb Williams whose life was threatened every Sunday last season.
Some one take a look at St. Johns season and tell me what's wrong with saying it's not all that impressive.

@AsadZ I don't pay any attention to offensive linemen but any time I see Bears get an all pro oline guy I'm happy!
