Another positive. This is the biggest game in their history. This is our biggest game of the year...so far.
Positives. 3 point lead. Doke 1 foul. Despite uneven officiating, still winning. Good 3 point shooting. We're Kansas and we're not Baylor.
Negatives. 3 of them, all wearing striped shirts.

We've lost three games missing pieces, Moss in Game 1, Garrett for 2nd half of Villanova, and Dotson for a pretty good stretch of the Baylor game. While I can't disagree with a Doke as team MVP argument, one could pretty easily be made for Dotson, and Garrett, because bad things happen when we're missing them guys.
@Texas-Hawk-10 I think in my rating system he was a star. My rating system is easy. Any Jayhawks are 5 stars, Badgers 4 stars, any sort of devils or cats are 1 star.
@BShark We're going to depend on him a lot next year. He does have a good shot. He was a 5 star I think, so he should know how to shoot!
@DanR I think the intentional may have been moot because the foul was called on the first foul the guy committed which wasn't intentional.
That shouldn't have been a back court violation because Dotson tipped it.

It was nice they talked to a freshman fan who had a goofy look on his face, but why can't they talk to the guy who just got enshrined in the rafters?
@Crimsonorblue22 I checked out Hutch on Streetview. Reminds me of the town in Wisconsin we lived in for a long time. Kind of funny that they took a streetview camera in the Hutch library so you can walk around the inside of the library!
@BeddieKU23 Went back and watched the DDot no call when the guy went flying. @tundrahok I think called it right. The ISU guy didn't really have good guarding position, although it wasn't a flop. DDot is so quick he just got in the way a bit and couldn't get out of the way of the flying DDot.

Some guy goes slamming down to the court, you have to call something. IMHO DDot got away with one.
Agbaji has the sweetest stroke on this team. Doesn't always make them, but it really looks good.

@drgnslayr That's a good description of my years living in Baton Rouge. Even a year with Ben Simmons playing, I'd walk up to the PMAC 10 minutes before game time and buy my ticket and go down to empty seats right near the court, even on the floor sometimes. It was packed when Buddy Hield came to town and I was there and actually had to pony up a little to get that upper row seat. It was fun, it's a really loud arena when the place is packed. But it's rare.
@Mayjay, you're right, I did focus on the very real slight, not imagined that I heard. Interestingly Stacy King is the Bulls TV guy so I hear him when I can stomach watching them. He's pretty good I've always thought.
