Officials appearing to try to help east coast SEC team win against a team from the middle of nowhere.
@DoubleDD I was mainly thinking of the sequence where Doke picked up his two offensive fouls, particularly the one where he viciously hooked him.
Here's the thing about Delgado to me. I love seeing young men who have an athletic talent, like Doke, or Desousa or Embiid or Delgado and grew up in a 3rd world country. I just pull for those guys to succeed and make some money some day and bring some relief to their families and countries back home. I really don't know anything about Delgado until today. He was amazing. It was a Nick C/Dicky V standing ovation type performance. Don't know if he's on draft boards but I'm hopeful he earns his degree. More power to these guys.
Of course a lot of our homegrown men come from tough situations and I cheer for them for the same reasons.

Great win, seton hall shot out of their mind the entire game
Stats don't show them shooting their minds out. 10-24 threes, 45% overall. They certainly had a lot of answers down the stretch. They were as tough as I thought they were going to be.
@Bwag I think Delgado was in his head and that took Doke out of the game.
83-79 Anyone recognize that score from 30 years ago?
Wow, this board turned kind of ugly. Glad that doesn't happen too often.
Why are we calling them thugs?
Someone tell Newmie we don't need a fast break right now.
They fouled us I thought.
These guys are soft inside right now. We need to attack attack attack
Get back on D please
Wow we're 2-7 on FT's.
And we get stuck in the bracket which besides Syracuse is playing to seed. Go figure.
@approxinfinity Cincy is a 2 seed in the south and still alive.
Chicago's hope still alive!
@Blown I can. I had a blast, but it was freezing cold, but they did beat Taylor and Ball St.
Anyone hear the Seton Hall player who was interviewed saying Hall was going to dominate us today?
Can they call a foul on that? :)
Newmann lucky he didn't get called for pushing that guy on the baseline
Attack the rim is the strategy I see working right now.
My fault, I just turn it on and it falls all apart.
@BeddieKU23 it, took me about 5 minutes to figure out the refs suck.
Sorry Malik, not a good shot. Sorry refs a clean block.
When have the refs ever not sucked?

@wissox started out great. feeling good about our chances.
That's good, I've been a nervous wreck all afternoon which is crazy because I'm more nervous for a KU game than for my daughters lacrosse games!
Hows the game going? Just got home, had to be a dad and watch my daughter play lacrosse.

Welp. Kentucky’s road just got a lot easier.
There's always a downside to these things.
I'm sitting next to a guy whose brother goes to Virginia. He is preventing me from going crazy about this potential upset. I still think VA is coming back unfortunately.
Assuming WVU wins it will be an all West Virginia matchup Sunday. I always like it when that happens except the last time there was an all Kansas NCAA tournament matchup of course.
My live stream quit saying I needed to sign in. Anyone else have this problem? Half day at school meaning I could watch this afternoon. Looks like I'm missing some good games.
Purdue looking like we did yesterday.
As a consolation prize most PAC12 fans live in some truly amazing places.
Heck, they barely reached the 2nd half of the first round.
Loyola beat Florida in Gainesville this year. How is FLorida a 6 seed and Loyola an 11?
Michigan's fab 5 ruined shorts for the last 25 years by making them all baggy and long, but they got a guy #4 that's trying to bring decent shorts back! I h ope it catches on although I don't have any of my 80's shorts left!
Speaking of Miller, I was naming him as a potential replacement for Self about 5 years ago when he was still at Xavier. I hope you all can forgive me.
49-30 in the second half. Just wow.
Given Arizona's prominent role in the headlines just a few weeks ago I don't feel one twinge of sadness for them. These announcers are acting like it never happened. This may rank as the biggest butt kicking ever for a double digit seed in the tournament.
@BShark O crap, I have Arizona in my FF!! IDC Go buffalo!
This would be hilarious if Arizona lost.
People are a bit upset with our performance today, but after a 10 point deficit we outscored them by 26 the rest of the way. No shame there.
Since 2007 we've been able to win our first game of the tourney.
Since 1984 in fact we've won the first game of the tourney all but 3 times, the two killer B's, and the probation year.
To put it another way we have been eliminated by a sweet 16 team or better all but 3 years since 1984.
First round record since 1984 32-2 if I counted correctly. Not sure how many teams, if any can match that. I think Duke and UNC have danced each of those years except their one they didn't, and I know Duke had two recent 1st round stumbles. UNC I remember at least 1 first round loss in that time. Kentucky has missed the dance a few times I believe.
Now let's win five more for a change!
@Texas-Hawk-10 I looked at their schedule. Loss to Rutgers the only real bad loss, two to Marquette, no shame in that, one loss to Georgetown, one to Rhode Island, and the rest it seemed to villanova and Xavier.
7-7 so far, but unless NCState comes back, my million dollar dreams are shot.
What a shot for OSU. Dagger!
Last time a team from Illinois won an NCAA tournament game was.......? As much talent as the state produces it's amazing that it's probably been a decade. Oh, just came to mind, Northwestern, just last year!
Buzzer Beater!!
Some of ya'll think KU should just be winning the entire game!
Huggy is jealous of Penn. 4-0 foul count in Penn's favor.
It sounded like the announcer just said OU plays in the Big South conference. Anyone else hear that?
The 2nd foul call on Young was even worse. And I'm really not pulling for OU here, but good grief, horrible.
