I really thought hard about doing intro's for this season as I wait for the other shoe to drop. However, My old Thomas Jefferson quote, "The worst evils that Man suffers, are the ones that never happen." Let's hope that rings true and enjoy this season.

Visting my Daughter, on the way to Fayetteville NC, we stopped by Duke and UNC. 15 minutes from each other.

Now that you are not held captive by TWC/Spectrum and the 7 games we could not see in KC are now available of 38, I dropped Spectrum when they raised their price after one year but kept their fast internet. The ATT that goes with the DTV bundle is horrible.

@nuleafjhawk I swear, I never thought those words would ever be typed. They also played in the tournament without Dean Wade.
I can't believe I'm saying this after ten years, but our toughest game will probably be at Bramlege. They will be returning everyone from the team that beat Kentucky in the Tournament last year.
No more nursing a beer and eating stale nachos.

Tech didn't know what a basketball looked until Bobby Knight arrived. TT was a Whisker and a Sousa rebound away from a Big 12 Championship, playing us with an injured First team Big 12 point guard. The man, along with Jamie Dixon know how to coach. If the Texas schools get better at basketball, the Big 12 will stay together for a long time.

Now that I'm retired, and thinking about Jayhawk season tickets, I'm reminded of that quote by Jaybate as I prepare for my first vacation in 30 years. I'll be on a monster cruise ship bound for the West Indies. Because of this decision, I must forgo the purchase of these tickets.
ESPN thinks that only three schools are playing this year.
