I'd rather have Dyson.
When James Brown was in Africa, the "POSE" for the Diallo Dunk was invented. James would have been a great "Twitch" point guard and the Jayhawks this year have his energy. Watch the highlight from the 1966 segment showing the POSE.
@brooksmd Royals said they will not pursue the option on Holland.
Once, Perry was being guarded by a slower Big from Texas Tech who was draping him and getting rough. After the foul was called, Perry turn to stare at him as if to say, "Are you just stupid or what?" He does have emotions, but he is still the Class President, Valedictorian and Four time All State player that has been exemplified as a good kid that could some day be President. He is All Academic First Team in the Big 12, quit a different Persona than say - Donald Trump.
KU is referred to as the (Harvard of the Plains).
@JRyman Here is the most emotion I've seen out of Perry. Watch the response after the third of Four dunks against TCU.
Harvard can do this to you.
My sister that is 12 years older went to Harvard and worked at night in the new computer department. She worked with a girl named Prudence Farrow with whom she would take her breaks. Prudence took a three week vacation and returned refreshed from her Transcendental retreat in India. Six months later my sister asked her if she was related to Mia Farrow who was with the Beatles when they went to India to see the Maharishi. Yes she did and the song "Dear Prudence" was written about her because she would stay in her tent and meditate rather than "Come out to play."
Knock Knock...
Who's there?
Ivy League.
Ivy League who?
Ivy League for every drop of rain that falls:musical_note:
@JayHawkFanToo You're right, he was a professor at UCLA.
I left him out because he was in the UCLA post as a Graduate student. He was a millionaire long before that. He was also Tommy Lee Jones roommate.
@Statmachine Their away game is with Northeastern in Boston, which is ten minutes away from Harvard Square. 2.8 miles away to be exact. Northeastern last game was with Number 15 Miami Universtiy with Angel Rodriquez. Northeastern won that game.
BG was also accepted and recruited by Harvard.
@ParisHawk Harvard Business School. 1975

@HighEliteMajor I do not and have not disagreed with you on the limits of Jamari. I was hoping that Diallo would be this good. I know that Bragg is going to get a lot more PT, and that when tough guys aren't in the paint against us, Mick will get his minutes.
The only thing that gets most of us riled up in your discussion of Jamari and Self is the denigration of them as stupidly loyal and stubborn. Until we saw what we saw last night, there was no other option but to let an improved, "Not Greatly improved", Jamari, to do what he does with the Hustle and Muscle which is one of his only basketball gifts. You don't have to worry anymore that a few games with him doing good things will cost the other, more skilled player's, their rightful minutes.
He's on the team and he gives everything he can. He's a Jayhawk that will be losing minutes, but he is wearing a lot of rings and he is family.
Actually there were a lot of minutes given to the two McDonald All-American Freshmen last night and the lob from Bragg to Diallo looked like something we'll see a lot more of this year.
I couldn't pronounce Loyola until I was in my 20's.
@wissoxfan83 I remember watching that game and thought it was cool that each player for Loyola received a watch at half-court. I was 15 years old at the time.
HEM let me know your size.
@jaybate-1.0 Thanks for being in Jamari's court. He had never received as much praise during a broadcast as what Fran gave him throughout the UCLA game. I know that there were some on this site that were vomiting during this and demanding his benching the next night as two telegraphed passes were stolen while he was outside on the weave. Forget about every other thing he does for this team. Wiggins scored 40 over West Virginia getting open off the weave, Jamari is not a wing and should never be judged as one. He is our Darnell.
By the way, I'm still cogitating over what has to be one of your greatest basketball phrases - "The living myth of Sonoran Culture will one day right this wrong, but until then, Sonoran culture exists in a wounded existential realm." :sunflower:
Why would you think there was any East Coast Bias?
@HighEliteMajor I'd like to see him jump center. We haven't had an opening tip since Pittsburg State.
@jayballer54 In real life, more Kentucky fans kiss their sister.
Let me repeat. I feel sorry for all of the poster's who said they will never watch the Jayhawks again after the MSU game. Bye.
Time to call the local sports bar or any bar that might be showing it and do what I did for two years - nurse a beer until they switch the game at half-time to video Kareoke.
@Crimsonorblue22 I enjoyed the postgame after the Chaminade Championship. I like the trophy presentations and the postgame interviews .
