Game 1 at 12:15 is a good one, Creighton vs Louisville
From the NBC Sports Bet Staff
"Bill Self and Kansas (21-12) enter the first round of the NCAA Tournament boasting a talented and well-rounded game."
Well, that explains it. I've been watching the wrong Kansas team this year. Where can I find this team?
@nuleafjhawk just imagine we are a mid major and you will be thrilled with our chances
Making my wife drive as we drive up north to visit elderly parents so I can watch Badgers game on my phone, but then it will be petal to the metal when I take over so we can make it there on time for KU game.
It's gamr day fella's Everyone have their happy faces on - - -let's be happy , positive, today is the day our destiny begins. Think we got a real shot tonight, for one Arkansas also has people hurt- - -Arkansas goes through scoring droughts- - - Arkansas is terrible at 3 point offense just heard off from First Take Jay Williams stated that Arkansas is like 331st in 3 point offense .Several people/analysts like our fraw/pod, talking about how KU could be the Cinderella-- it's time to be positive- -ROCK CHALK
Creighton looking sharp so far.
@approxinfinity I think both Creighton and Gonzaga are under seeded IMO
Watching High Point now. Intrigued by Pettiford
iI don't feel as bad getting beat by Creighton at Creighton, they look pretty good to me
If Creighton hadn't lost Pops after the KU game to that hip injury they would probably be a Top 5 seed. They dominated us
@BeddieKU23 said in NCAA Tournament Discussion:

Maybe. They are pretty hot and cold with their shooting. Obviously they are hot today
@BeddieKU23 ya if they still had Pop they could be a threat to make the FF.
Creighton pretty much in control of that game from start to finish
Houston doing what Houston does- - -40-- 18
@SlimShaddy54 a 1 seed almost always goes down in Round 2, thinking itās Houston this year
@kjayhawks I hate to disagree bud BUT I disagree lol
@SlimShaddy54 haha Mcnesse looking good Very the little ACC
OMG Barkley picked Arizona in the Championship game lol
@kjayhawks Didn't even know they had started, just got through watching some of Auburn Alabama St - -Auburn better turn it up in the 2nd half- - Alabama St gave them all they wanted in the 1st
Hey guys (and gals). Please don't waste too much of your time watching these games. Just fast forward to April 7th and watch KU cut down the nets. It WILL happen. Microsoft AI said so.
Gonzaga taking Georgia behind the woodshed early up 27-3.
Good God, did Gonzaga put their entire roster on the floor on the defensive end ? - Georgia with THREE point halfway through the first half
Clemson getting their behinds spanked too. - -29 points in three fourths of a game. under 10 minutes to go against McNeese
Well, here we are. Up against the Hogs in the big dance.
Not feeling like many of us have high hopes today, but off we go. Rock Chalk!
KU is an ESPN analytics 71% favorite. Projecting Hunt with 19, Mayo 15, Juan 11 and KJ 9. I think that's 54. Maybe get Griffen with 8, Diggy with 6, AJ with four and Flory with 6. KU 78 Ark 73. Or my initial score without this break down was Ark 75 KU 69. Everyone down here close to the Pig Trail are as unsure as I am. Looks like Boogie will set this one out after all. KU is full of woe on the road but it's a neutral site. There are too many either/or questions/answers in this game. Hopefully it's a good one. Donna and I have eaten our BBQ loaded baked potatoes, I have Tums by my side and Dan Quayle was an idiot.
Weel as of right now- --- BIG - -2-0- -- Big Twelve- -2-0-- -Big East- - -1-0- --- SEC - -1-1- --&-v-- ACC - -0-2
"BIG" logo is as pretentious as THE Ohio State was.
@Crimsonorblue22 Local TV guys just said that too.
@rockchalkjayhawk not sure about here but there are quite a few that like our chances.-- Statistically pretty een across the board. - We rebound better -more assists , shoot the three better shoot better overall,-- Arkansas has a history of going through some long stretchs without scoring. -- Their leading rebounder is only 5.1 per.
Gonna be a close game for sure, but if we don't come out and just have our head deep in our own a - - and play solid defense I think we will come out on top.- - Gonna have to watch Boogie, but not sure how well , or how long he can go- -been out for two months. Theirro is out leading player for them but not playing- - pulling for the win.- - KU 75 - -Arkansas- -7 0
What Hunter will we see the 50% from the floor and the FT line or the 8/10 and 80% from the line Hunter.
Ark with a roster of four 5 stars and five 4 stars. Nice. KU with seven 4 or 5 stars?
So, this is the game thread?
Not so many stunning upsets so far today.
Maybe more tomorrow or maybe in the next rounds when the medium seeds are playing the high seeds... I really thought there was a bit more parity this year so I was ready to see some surprises.
I also wouldn't cry if more SECs bit the dust.
Goodness Tech gonna fart around and get beat.
Pretty good game with Baylor and Mississippi state right now. After watching us last night itās just crazy to see how much more hustle most teams have than us. Both teams have 5 guys running, crashing the boards and getting after loose balls. Outside of KJ it never really happened for guys with Kansas on their chest.
@kjayhawks Your right KJ was the only only one showing heart, diving for loose balls, just overall hustle , giving 100 %. Sure he had limitations but hell MAYBE that is what the mascot for this team should of been this year for this team- - - THE KANSAS LIMITATIONS- -instead of Jay Hawks
@SlimShaddy54 KJ always gave it his all if he was in someone elseās body heās a an all American
I could see during our losses this year if a team was better than us. Houston, TT, BYU, ISU and maybe others. Arkansas didn't look better than us and that's a team that went 8-5 in the SEC to end the conference season. We did our sloppy ball handling and throw away passes to the tune of 10 turnovers in the second half but Arkansas turned it over 8 times in the half. Percentage wise we outshot them from the field, deep and FT's. Out rebounded them and were even on the offensive boards. They had 7 more second chance opportunities. I think we were a better team than they were. We shot and defended our way into the lead late in the second half by good coaching with the zone but of course our five straight empty possessions was another painful as heck loss. I hope AJ Storr comes back. Two out of the three last games he was very impressive. Flory will become a good scorer in a year or two if he comes up with an effective shot. He is so quick and tough. Passmore is gonna be a load next year and I hope he stays. The team was playing it's best ball but our giveaways never went away. It took so long to jell.
This is for people rooting for St Johns: https://www.facebook.com/reel/1001623258545179/?referral_source=external_deeplink ā
@approxinfinity haha thats funny to be honest I just hate Cal as much as anything but Arkansas is has more size and athleticism than just about every team St. John has faced this season.
@approxinfinity https://www.facebook.com/share/r/165b3FpHAB/?mibextid=wwXIfr ā
I like stuff like this accountability and toughness šŖ.
@kjayhawks im picking st johns in this one
Zuby man we missed on him
@kjayhawks seriously.
@approxinfinity the way he running the floor and everywhere right now missed that like KJ but with size
@kjayhawks yeah imagine how our pace could have differed with Udeh Zuby and a healthy Elmarko.
Iām disappointed because I honestly thought if we could get past Arkansas we couldāve beaten this team. Obviously KJ being injured late we probably wouldnāt have a good shot
These seniors blew a very possible sweet 16 path

It was a very generous path, especially considering the likely sweet 16 matchup would've been Tech who's beatable. But of course the team had to let the fanbase down one last time
There we go Zuby with a big dunk, 12 points already
Ejiofer is a force. Sigh
It's embarrassing how much more athletic these teams are compared to this year's squad
@rcjhdraft pretty much is the consensus on X no heart, no energy, no loyalty and no athleticism in regards to our team this season
Really kind of surprising that the schedulers couldn't have had OU and MichSt play at different times yesterday so the Fears brothers parents could've watched both sons play.
Well looks like Arkansas is gonna advance smh

Ya Iām pissed because of our seniors could make a simple pass we are playing right now. Prob donāt win without KJ but still Juan, Hunter and Zeke have turned the ball over repeatedly with the game on the line. Thatās unacceptable for guys with their experience level.

Just unreal that we watched 4 seasons of a guy who can't penetrate the paint and by the end of his career, could barely defend point of attack(the one thing he was supposed to be good at)
@rcjhdraft there is a good chance Elmarko by mid season is better than Juan has ever been. Iām a little concerned coming of the injury for sure but Juan hasnāt improved. His stat are identical in most categories, struggles to get to paint and keep guys out of the paint. Was the same thing he had trouble with the first time he played. Anyone that says otherwise is a bold face liar or blind.
@kjayhawks He was so awful. Starting a point guard who can't reliably shoot a pull-up off of a screen is brutal for the offense
Zuby finished the with 23 points and 12 rebounds. He played great the St John guards couldnāt hit the ground with their hat in 3 tries. He had almost the exact same output of KJ and Hunt combined against the same team. Thats a huge ouch man
Plus Aidoo, who destroyed Hunter for an efficient 20+ points was held to 7 by Zuby
@rcjhdraft right sometimes I hate myself for being right so damn often believe @Texas-Hawk-10 and I were the only ones worried about giving up Zuby and Udeh for Hunter. Iāve been full of shit about Juan and KJ playing too much to everyone on this site but yet it turned out exactly as I said it would againā¦
@kjayhawks yeah sure you are the only one that voiced any concerns about Hunter  i believe i said a thing or two after recovering from the initial nut punch.
@kjayhawks To be honest, its possible you WERE full of shit about Juan and KJ playing too much. Specifically, if Shak was too hurt to play (as Self mentioned in post game when he mentioned Shak and Elmarko being hurt really affected the make up of this team) and since KJ was a better option to pair with Flory than Hunter down the stretch.
We can agree that roster construction was putrid but Im not sure the consensus is unanimous about playing time. We simply didnt have better options, and those options were mediocre.
Dont get me wrong, I criticized Selfs decision to have Flory on the bench and went through a stretch where i thought playing him over KJ was the answer. I never really saw an alternative to Juan.
KJ seemed to find new energy late in the season while Juan got progressively worse. But we had to get to that point to see it.
Hunter was the biggest problem on this roster, and then Juan as the only viable handler.
@approxinfinity I do agree that injuries did hurt us at PG. but we also had Zeke who at times did bring the ball up and Diggy. I said the last two seasons we donāt advance outta the first weekend with them two playing 30 minutes a game. I was a million percent correct period end of discussion. I told repeatedly about how great Juan was several by posters. Excuses are like assholes, everyone has them. We didnāt use common sense roster construction the last two seasons and it bit our asses period.
Zeke and Diggy were never good passers or handlers and cost us as much or more than Juan. There just wasnt another option when philon decommitted and Elmarko went down.
@kjayhawks my point is you have a habit of getting all āme against the world, Im right everyone else was wrongā and it was never like that, nor is it like that now. There were many people skeptical of roster construction. I am the first person to eat crow when its in order. But I think you are mischaracterizing everyone else as being diametrically opposed to you in the rear view. There were some but def not all.
@approxinfinity maybe true, I just feel like Iām correct most of the time about things and I flack for it. We are probably all extra pissed off after the way the last few days have went. I not a rocket scientist and probably not anywhere near the smartest person on this site but I know basketball and I know it well.
I do agree that @Texas-Hawk-10 had this team pretty much nailed from day one of the roster construction. And you were one of the more vocal posters early about Hunter.
@kjayhawks yeah, you weren't wrong. just let other people commiserate with you, please. there's more than one seat in this bitchwagon :)
@approxinfinity you I love you either way buddy lol
@kjayhawks I remember throwing up in my mouth a little bit watching this awkward high five.
Not only is Hunter the face of the worst 2 years of the Bill Self Era, he also is the first big face of NIL at KU, and unfortunately, his legacy will carry that as well.
Was bummed Zuby got bounced. He was carrying St Johns, and I was prepared to watch him a couple more games
Was pulling for creighton

Sampson has proven he is a solid coach down there and they are a problem for us moving forward no question.
@kjayhawks I'm at my elderly parents who live with my sister. The game was background noise that I turned off at the half. Figured if they came back to win I'd be excited and could watch my recording. First half wasn't aware of the refs being bad.
You realize the Big 12 is - -- - 9-1 so far in the tourney ? -- we won - -6 out of 7 first round games and then we went 3 =3 today/tonight, I'd say that's not to shabby

Yes, 9-1 with the good guys being the 1... ;( B10 and B12 have dominated so far - the former is 10-2. SEC was just 8-6 in the 1st round; lost one more yesterday, although Auburn, Tennessee and Arkansas looked good. ACC a complete flame out and the BE has underperformed.
@kjayhawks and he pronounces words very well!
@DCHawker Oh I'm loving that. I do agree that ya , SEC was pretty much the best Conference this Season. Yet come money time- ---not so much.
ESPN hates this , they despise the Big 12 in doing well, they along with SEC & BIG want the BIG twelve to no longer exist, that's why I'm so proud of the league.-- Now w might lose one today --I think Baylor is up against Duke today right ? Even at that how great would it be to have ISU win and our other Big 12 team, forget who that is right at this minute but they win and we would have right at 1/3 of the sweet sixteen
@SlimShaddy54 said in NCAA Tournament Discussion:

Nope. Only saw one Big12 game. It was a bit of a disappointment.
Watching UF and UConn - just much better teams and athletes - going after rebounds - defending the perimeter - multiple guys that can beat their man off the dribble. McNealy would have been our best player...
@DCHawker They play a brand of ball we donāt and they had a bad year but would have blown the doors off us if we played today
They hung with a top 3 team in the tourney - we got beat by a 10 seed without their best player.
Pretty evident whoās better
Mcneely made the right decision not coming here would have been tough to play that 4 spot behind kj and if he started at the 3 he wouldnāt have had the leash to shoot some of the shots he did
NCAA is really kind of stupid. (newsflash!). Almost 5 hours of air time Saturday and Sunday afternoon to run 1 game during each timeslot, with six still to play and then have to overlap them the rest of the day til late in the evening even on a Sunday night. I don't know who makes these decisions but it's really pretty aggravating.
@kuballin10 You are a piece of work you know that? - Unbelievable
FTA disparity in the Duke - Baylor game is ridiculous - 19-2....
I turned it off half way thru the first half, how come we donāt get calls like that
As much as I depise Duke Baylor has no answer for Duke inside, and then haven't been able to stop drives.- -they were right with them until around the three minute mark left in the half
I was watching at the Y while running. The first thing I see is the refs showing a review and I see the replay of a Baylor guy with a hand on the back of a Duke guy shooting. I mean maybe a common foul...maybe, but reviewing for a flagrant? No team in America gets a play like that reviewed. A few minutes later Baylor dude gets shoved into a Duke rebounder by a Duke guy and he gets called for a foul for pushing the Duke guy. Another one everyone starts lining up for Baylor FTs after a whistle and refs send them the other way saying, no, it was a foul on Baylor. I'm pissed for Baylor.

Oh, I forgot, it's a business!
Dan Hurley's quote to Baylor after losing to Florida.
"I hope they don't f--- you like they f---ed us. I hope they don't do that to you Baylor."
Hurley is whiny bitch to the point even Geno Auriemma is sick of Hurley's antics.
https://www.ctinsider.com/sports/uconn-mens-basketball/article/dan-hurley-60-minutes-interview-transfer-portal-20212357.php ā
A couple of excerpts: ""If the only outcome that makes you a successful coach or a successful season is whether you hang up a national championship banner, then you should get out immediately," Auriemma told Hurley."
This excerpt is why Geno Auriemma is a legend and so beloved amd respected in the industry, "Then Auriemma came to one of the men's basketball practices and did what he does best, coach. But he was not helping the players, he was coaching Hurley.
"He kept coaching me from the sideline, like barking at me a little bit," Hurley said." 'Hey, hey, Dan, you know, the joy of relationships with your players, the joy of getting the most out of your team, if you're only in it for the championship pursuit, and none of that other stuff means anything to you anymore, and it's just banners and rings, then you should get out, because it ain't gonna happen every year, buddy.' "
Some people here need to heed Geno's words of wisdom as well in regards to their opinions on Self.
@Texas-Hawk-10 My thoughts when I read that exactly. Fits some here , a that is all that seems to qualify as being a successful Coach Pretty solid words from a Legendary Coach in his own right If a little banner is what makes you tick then if that's what it takes for you to pound your chest and say look at us well then , you have lost what it means about being Successful. Coach Self is a VERY successful Coach with many Successful Seasons Period , end of story
@SlimShaddy54 @Texas-Hawk-10 i think we can all agree Hurleys ego makes him very unlikeable

Not even a Euro Step.
@Texas-Hawk-10 I think Self needs to look in the mirror and adhere to what Geno said
Self prized two guys above the rest and it caused an all out practically brawl in Utah with players calling coaches outā¦ā¦
Phrasing Genoās comments to paint Self as some saint is the most comically bad take and heck youāve had a hell of a lot lately
The women's tournament took a big blow last night as USC star JuJu Watkins tore her ACL in USC's win over Miss. St.
Her and Paige Bueckers have been the two biggest reasons to watch the women's tournament this year.
What a snooze fest both brackets have become, imo
Something very interesting has happened. Maryland coach Kevin Willard has accepted the Villanova job right before Maryland plays in a Sweet 16 game. That is absolute trash behavior. It may have been announced publicly as of yet, but there's already stories from both sides confirming this. Maryland has advised their search firm to add a basketball HC on top of their AD search and Villanova people are reporting Willard is already recruiting the transfer portal for players to bring to Villanova.
@Texas-Hawk-10 that's wild. Sounds like his players aren't the only one's blatantly travelling. He's now travelling as well... to a new team!
Would the Maryland players want to be coached by him? I'd take the asst coaches! Totally sucks for them.
Wow, just now being tuned into what Willard has done. I wouldn't be surprised it a player of a team still playing entering the portal, obviously not agreeing with that being allowed to happen, but for a sweet 16 coach to do it? What an absolute jerk that guy must be. Nova will be going from one of the most likeable coaches in Wright, to a bad one and then to this. And since he's doing this to Maryland, then Nova shouldn't be surprised when he does something similar to them.
Coaches have been doing shady crap for a while now. It's wrong but there's a deeper root cause to it all from coaches to players.
I dont know if this bothers me. It seems like there is a culture of one year stints for players and shorter stints for coaches than we might be accustomed to. Maybe coach is being transparent about it. Conversely, coaches can wait too long and tie the universityās hands.
Another moment to say āhow lucky are we?ā that we have had so few coaches
@Texas-Hawk-10 so is he Coaching Maryland for the remainder of the Season or did he just up and leave ?

I think he is, but he also skipped the team dinner last night and pretty much trashed the university on the way out the door. If I was a Maryland player, I wouldn't put forth much effort tonight after what Willard has said and done.
@Texas-Hawk-10 Ya for sure, that's just messed up --even worse if he just walks out before there season is over
Maryland should be out of the tournament anyways because of Derik Queenās walk before making the last-second basket. It was a shitty no-call by the ref.
Yāall watching this BYU Bama game? 7 minutes to go Bama has hit 22/44 3s and has 97 points š³
Alabama 75 points from downtown.
I guess this now becomes my question after this joke of a game.- ----Should College more their three point line back ? -twenty made and fifthy one attempted is just out of control- -Move it back to NBA what is theirs ?
BYU outscores Bama 50-15 in the paint. Fool's gold?
I've watched like two plays in the Duke game and have twice seen whistles favor Duke, and as I type another one. I hate cheering for Arizona but these refs seem to be swooning for them.
Nice comeback TT! Finish them.
Wow Arkansas choked that way bad. They was up 13 with just over 4 minutes to go and up 6 with a minute to go.

@kjayhawks Yes Arkansas choked. Imagine how fucked up a team would have to be to choke against Arkansas š¤£
Wow Purdue doesnāt guard the inbounder and lets a up a wide open layup with under a second to go in a tie game. Houston back to elite 8
Was a dunk to win the game!
SECPN radio was talking during the games last night as I was driving home and talking Duke. The dude actually said Duke received no challenges in the ACC except for when Clemson surprised them and Auburn out of conference. Ummmmm, KU? US beating them is really the reason why I didn't very reluctantly not pick them to win it all. So far my FF is intact with Houston, Florida, Auburn and Tech. But I hope Izzo crashes the party.
Come on TT!
Tech choked that one away at the FT line.

Tech choking away a big tournament win? That can't be right
Hate to say it, don't know if Duke can be beat.
@Crimsonorblue22 they are the presumptive favorites. I wonder how much compensation at Duke for freshman talent, if one could quantify value of all the perks, stacks up at Duke compared to other institutions.
@approxinfinity probably not.
Dukeās probably one of the best put together teams weāve seen in a minute man. Positional size, shooting, multiple handlers and athleticismā¦

@Texas-Hawk-10 win in a blowout without shooting very well. Defensive clinic indeed.
Houston by 19 over Tennessee to advance to their 7th Final Four. Three of the four 1 seeds have advanced to the Final Four so far with Auburn's shot coming up next to make it 4 of 4.
IMHO Michigan St. could do us all a favor and knock off Auburn today giving us only one SEC team in the FF. Had TTech known how to make FT's and a MSU win SEC could've been shut out and the Big12 had two! But pulling for Sparty, although i like Pearl, thinking he's changed quite a bit and is a fun coach to watch and listen to, more of a Valvano type now.

I'm pulling for Sparty. In my bracket that I was trying and not making homer or AI animal picks, I got 6 of the 8 Elite 8 team right amd so far am 3 for 3 on Final Four picks with Sparty over Auburn in the 4th game.
@Texas-Hawk-10 Yeah my bracket was looking good for the FF until TTech choked. I think I picked for someone over Duke based on the fact that our worst team ever beat Duke!
Reminding me of my college days working as a bricklayer.
Actually the Big Twelve should have two teams representing the league in the final four. Tex Tech had it and let it get away
Johnny Broome is so badass
@Jhawk69 I agree. Here's what bugs me about officiating though. The play he rolled his ankle should have been a foul. Here's my logic. A 3 point shooter goes up and lands on a defenders foot and its a shooting foul. That play today Broome landed on the layup shooters foot who falls as does broome and it's out of bounds to Auburn. I didn't see that much of the game. As state above, I'm not too heartbroken Auburn won.
Can you guess which two big 8 teams are on the list? Iāll give you the first one KU. lol

Maybe I'm just biased against Duke, but I see fouls that aren't fouls being called against Houston and fouls that aren't being called against Duke. Duke is really good, but they don't need help.
Out of bounds calls too.
We beat both these teams, well should have beaten both of these teams. Took the worst meltdown in memory to prevent it. Hard to believe.
@nuleafjhawk Duke is a beautiful place. Strolled their gardens this summer. Snuck into their 2nd best basketball arena. Amazing how much I hate them! My grandma also passed at Duke hospital so it actually is a place with a lot of meaning to me.
That dunk by the Florida kid, was downright filthy and disgusting and if a Duke kid had done it he'd already be immortalized in Springfield or wherever they immortalize mere mortals these days..
Duke reaches in and holds a lot.
COUGS
Wow D up!
Surprised they called it
Wow what a comeback by Houston
Dook studied our Houston tape lmao
GTHD
Love it! Poor espn!
Bye bye Duke!! (pitiful to have to cheer on someones demise, but it's all we got!)
Duke got beat by 2 big 12 teams
I didnt mind rooting for Houston at the same time.
I respect the hell out of Sampson
@FarmerJayhawk I like him better when he doesn't talk.
Kansas mentioned!ā¤ļøšš¾
If they can pull it off it's titles for the league in 3 of the last 5 tournaments.
I just read an article on Golden, how on earth is he still employed?
Dam I feel so bad for that Duke team -- and Mr do it everything. -- LJ saying they had a game like this against KU , and Calvin giving the Big Twelve- saying shout out to all his Big Twelve Brothern -- A Big 12 team playing for the Title & not fricken Duke.--- Gotta love it.
Another case where all these 5 Stars and player of the year falling short
@Crimsonorblue22 Really? He has some skeletons?
Article was written Nov. 24

Guyās who got in trouble for getting caught paying players I donāt care about anymore. If you can coach and arenāt a woman beater/predator than by all means who cares about $$$ 10-20 years ago.
Everyone paid players
Letās end the night right folksā¦..Fuck Duke!
@Crimsonorblue22 Yikes, I just started reading a CBS article. Exonerated but also not completely cleared of some really inappropriate stuff.
As I've thought about young guys who could be our next coach I thought about him. NOT anymore! Scheyer is young, maybe we could get him. Wouldn't that be a coup?!!
@Crimsonorblue22 I was joking about Scheyer!
I know!
@FarmerJayhawk read a good article about him. He tells his guys if they don't like to be coached tough, this isn't the place for them! Guessing our transfers won't be going there.
If you donāt think Kelvin Sampson is one of the best coaches in CBB right now, youāre a fool no doubt
2021: Final Four, AAC tournament champions
2022: Elite Eight, AAC regular season and tournament champions
2023: Sweet 16, AAC regular season champions
2024: Sweet 16, B12 regular season champions
2025: National title game (could win it all yet), B12 regular season and tournament champions.
May landing Yaxel
McLasland
McCollum
I think all 3 potentially better than Oats and on par with Golden

Look at what school he is at and what they let Urban Meyer's players get away with.
@Texas-Hawk-10 Urban Meyer is a terrible human not sure why he is even allowed on TV for big noon kick off.
@Texas-Hawk-10 surprised he's not in jail. Just disgusting. Brett Favre like only worse.
Duke fans must drink a cocktail of Missouri and gin now. I hate Duke.
@nuleafjhawk I understood that and didn't intend to make you feel badly about anything.
My assistant coach for baseball is a die hard Dukie. Today should be fun at practice. How soon is too soon?
@BeddieKU23 The instant that you see them.
@BeddieKU23 Depends, how much crap, and when did he give it to you for KUs wretched season? Some people are just friends who root for the wrong team and have a common thing - both our teams lost in humiliating fashion. It can be friendly, but it doesnāt have to be.
I prefer to kill the local KSU fans with kindness most of the year - it takes their legs out from under themā¦and then rip their shriveled black hearts out when it hurts most. When KU wins big Iām obnoxiously happy and they feed into that with their misery. Rarely is there a need to cut them down, but on occasion itās nice to remind them of how great their football team is and ask about the last NC game they played in or BCS/ny6 bowl game they won or playoff games theyāve madeā¦
Have fun with your Duke friend. Choose violence if thatās the most fun for ya.
@nuleafjhawk this is the way.
Taking everything under advisement, I'll be laying the heat since that's what I got a few weeks ago in the first round. Only feels right to bring balance to the world lol
@BeddieKU23 if you want to show some sympathy, you can suggest that it's too bad they didnt have this crew: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/early-lead/wp/2015/04/07/ncaas-head-of-officiating-admits-the-referees-got-a-critical-call-wrong-in-the-duke-wisconsin-game/ ā
I tend not to pile on others when their teams lose; I know how painful it is and certainly don't like others giving me shit when KU loses. I just go with the "tough loss" and move on to something else.
Duke Coach Jon Scheyer blamed Cooper Flagg for Dukeās Final Four loss.

AI is getting good
@tundrahok lol. I knew it was a fake the minute Scheyer showed any personality.
UConnjust absolutely destroyed South Carolina by 23 to win their 12th national title and first since 2016. I really wouldn't have guessed this was their first title in 10 years. Paige Bueckers has been so much fun to watch over her career and will now be going to Dallas in the WNBA draft on the 14th.
She is such an incredible player and a very humble person.
Geno has created a legacy in Womenās BB.
They destroyed 3 #1 seeds in this tournament.
Not a UConn fan normally, but that was a UConn team for the ages. Probably jumpstarted another run of championships.
Incredible to win 2 final four games by 25-30 points each.
I watched the game on ESPN and they had Sue Bird and Diana Taurasi doing the commentary. They were good ā solid in game analysis (until it was a blow out, with good color commentary and an entertaining back and forth. It was clear they like and respect one another as players.

Your definitely in tune with Scheyer! You spot a rat a mile away
I gotta pull for Houston tonight - - just gotta , for Big Twelve reasons, plus after the things Sampson said supporting the League- ya got to
I'm pulling for Houston as well. I am surprised that Vegas had Florida 1.5 pt favorite. Houston has most of the profile characteristics of a national champ. Experienced team and coach who have experience on a quick 24-36hr turn around; won both their league and league championship; close to home; elite defense (a la 'defense wins championships').
Man those Houston bigs are tough, super athletic, and have scoring touch.
We need bigs just like that
The game is being played at Houstonās pace so far, Florida is struggling with the in your face defense. Houston has 10 more shots so far but only a 4 point lead
Houston leads 31-28 at the half, only 4 fouls called in a very physical game which I like. The big call was obvious missed goal tend on Florida that led to a 3 Houston could easily be up 8 right now. Will be interesting usually in most CBB when itās physical, the refs change the whistle in the second half and call it tight.
I wish this Houston team had "KANSAS" written across their jerseys
@nuleafjhawk they honestly remind me a lot of the 2008 and 2012 Jayhawks. Very athletic and hard nosed defense while playing together very well.

Now the tight whistle has shown up 7 fouls on each team in the first 7 minutes smh.
@kjayhawks I agree. I've seen a couple of floor burns tonight. I almost forgot what that was. They may still lose. But they're playing like grown men.
Houston gave it away with an assist from the officials
Iām just gonna be honest here, itās like Vegas buzzed the officials in that one
Houston couldn't get a basket
Florida needed a guest appearance of joakim noah air humping. All class.
Wow, the 'foul' on the loose ball leads to the winning FT's. Florida guy steps out on his own. Ref makes up a push call. Would've been nice to see the Big12 get another championship, but Houston seized up at the wrong time and couldn't make shots to save their championship.
1983 loss has to be the worst for Houston ever, maybe the worst championship loss ever for any team. To now be the butt of jokes on social media for that last possession is going to hurt a lot as well.
4 fouls total called in 1st half, 26 in 2nd half. They can't review a goaltending call if they don't call it. If they call it, then they can review it, so why not avoid a million miffed Houston fans by calling it and then reviewing it? That was a 5 point swing.
Modern basketball in a nutshell. Down 2 in the bonus and you get nothing going to the basket. You attempt a half ass elevator screen to free up a 28ā three. Yes I know there were other options before that last one. But this modern chuck every 3 imaginable has just led to kids settling for bad long shots.

Perhaps a bad shot in the bigger picture but was it a bad shot for Sharp? Kid takes a lot of those kinds and hits them too. Play call wasn't great, but perhaps just better execution by the defense. Sharp doesn't get the shot off due to a great close out.
