Probably won't start on-time with the Florida game having 10 minutes still. We'll see.

Any predictions? Haven't seen any chatter about this game, line is 11. Tech should be 2-0. We will need to play better then we did against KSU

I think we win, but don't cover the spread. 8 point win, 78-70. I think we will see more effort on defense but will still struggle as its a process, but it is the beginning of our defense improving. Jackson won't get a technical, DG will shine on offense because he is bringing the heat on defense. Svi won't travel and will get called for it just to make up for the missed call. LL a double double and Bragg will show us his game from long range. Vick will lead us in steals and Mason will carry us again on offense.

So, that last defensive "stand" was indicative of the issue this year - their player went by Jackson and Bragg provided absolutely no interior D - didn't square up to draw a charge, didn't leave his feet for a block, or didn't draw the hard foul to deny the basket and send a message. Just stood there and let him score.....

These charges calls are tough. It almost seems like the refs enjoy making the super emphatic charge call instead of the simple block.

Jackson is the complete package. And he's got a more experienced supporting cast than any other OAD we've had. This is a match made in heaven.

@BShark Alex Smith may not be elite, but he doesn't beat himself. The Chiefs are a very tough team to beat because they don't make many mistakes.

The Texans on the other hand only made the playoffs because the AFC South was garbage. Brock Osweiler was a huge waste of money.

I think that was the team that lost to Northern Iowa. If that team doesn't have that ridiculous upset, they go to the FF. That was a strong team for sure.

@DoubleDD in order to improve at something and achieve a higher level of success (final four), you have to have expectations that fit the goal. This type of performance tonight would not have won a sweet sixteen game. Just like last year, I think they will improve enough to get there.

I've got a trident ready.

We shot 51% for the game, 50% from 3's, 81% from the line, held them to 40%, 39% from three which is below their average, outrebounded them by 11, had a few too many TO's but forced the same amount from them. You're making a assumption. You don't what a sweet 16 game would be like. Me personally it was a pretty good defensive game for the Jayhawks. I mean I get you want a lock down nobody scores defense. Yet remember to play that type of defense affects your offense. And offense is what this KU team does best.

It's ok bubba. Nobody thinks that. Every KU wants more. It's apart of the lore. You're fine. Just try to enjoy the journey a little bit more. I mean this team just went from not playing defense at all to playing pretty good defense. That's all.
