Collage not working well and a lot of barely famous people were left out. K State is turning out to be better than we originally thought. Dean Wade has my admiration, and he will be tough to guard.

Without Stokes, they basically have two legitimate offensive players - Brown and Wade. Sneed is okay, but he is not going to be able to fill Stokes' shoes. Maybe they have some people that can help on a by committee basis, but not a lot of raw talent.

He was good last night. Can he be consistent, though? This is his freshman year and he's had more games with 0 points (5) than in double figures (4).

With Stokes out, his opportunities will increase, but that could also expose him. He had three turnovers last night, and three in the previous game when he played a lot of minutes as well. He may well be a guy that is prone to coughing the ball up, but can score well with the defense shifting away from him.

We will see...

This KU team definitely can't look past anyone even a banged up KSU.

I expect it will be a close game, its what we do. However we have some overwhelming advantages at certain positions. A Freshman PG coming into Allen Fieldhouse is usually a bad situation for any team.

If Oklahoma St can put up 82 on them it sounds like a nice matchup for KU to control the tempo and simply outscore them. Unless Brown goes for 40 and Wade goes for 30 KU isn't losing.

Not ANYONE. - - can Brown repeat what he did last night? -- for sure he can, will he? - -Doubt it. - Yet still I agree with our inconsistent play, and our lack of depth - -your right each and every game that under normal circumstances wouldn't be as much of a challenge - -this year - -is going to be a war. - - Plus I really just think that yes - -this will be the year the streak ends, sorry to say. This will be a battle, they don’t have a ton of size. We need to feed the big fella unlike against ISU, get him going early and often. Brown has been playing extremely well as of late but Wade hasn’t been great since their B12 opener in Ames. We have to start getting rebounds, if we let them live on the offensive glass it will be a tight one, if we actually rebound we can win bye double digits. I honestly have a bad feeling going in to this one. We know they will be fired up after Svi travelled last year. DTG better have the boys fired up.
