I'll never argue Lightfoot is a better overall player than Doke, but Lightfoot's skill set and abilities just mesh better with the rest of the team than Doke's because he can play a lot faster and out on the perimeter unlike Doke.
What Mitch really has going for him is that he is smart. That helps so much under Self.
