Edited it into the first post and removed Marcus Evans since he is no longer considering KU.
Mark Smith received a Kentucky offer today.
Marcus Evans is down to Arizona, VCU and Miami according to ESPN.
Looking like Allen will visit Lawrence soon.
No one said it since the transfer, but it was definitely posted before that he might be forced out. Agree with your take.

This has quickly become my favourite site to talk KU hoops!
Thanks for the update and for running the site.
Active 2017 targets
Likely to commit to KU/KU perceived leader: Thomas Allen
Very good chance: Shakur Juiston
KU has "expressed interest": Kerem Kanter, Blake Harris, Marcus Evans, Jermaine Cousinard, Mark Smith*
Castin out lines: Jeremiah Tilmon
*Seems like Smith's recruitment is rapidly accelerating and Michigan State is the perceived leader.
Edited into OP, which will be updated.
Yeah, part 2 was getting a bit scrolly. Good call @JayHawkFanToo
Active 2017 targets
COMMITED: Dedric and KJ Lawson. Sit 1 year transfer combo forwards!
No idea: Jeremiah Tilmon
KU has "expressed interest": Jermaine Cousinard
Nope: Trevon Duval, MJ Walker, Mark Smith, Shakur Juiston
*Seems like Smith's recruitment is rapidly accelerating and Michigan State is the perceived leader.
Yep. SEC basketball in general appears to be on the way up.
Depends on his goals. He could end up being a D2 lifer like Chipman, being content with that level while helping turn kids into quality members of society. I have no idea what he wants out of his coaching career though of course.
Internet.
Twitter and 247 sports. I'm not putting much stock in it yet... I'd still bet on Missouri.
Got titles out of both too! Which I doubt Missouri gets...
Let he who is without Manning and Chalmers cast the first stone.
Hard to focus on school with something like that happening.
Yeah. Next season is Hays and Pitt. Then after that ESU and Washburn again.
So KU might actually be in it for Tilmon. Not holding my breath and this is a messy messy messy recruitment.
So yeah the VIP rumour from 247 awhile back was that Bragg would transfer and Juiston would commit to KU. Seems fine to just openly post it now given the amount of time that has passed and since Bragg has announced his transfer.
Nothing to miss, Cal pushed him out.
Bill will be there with Norm to meet with Thomas Allen. Um yeah...
Already a done deal to Missouri.
Oh and Shakur Juiston come on down!

Just pointing out.
Alexander- Mickey D- ineligible to end his one average Season.
Bragg- Mickey D- Suspended twice, gone after Soph Season.
Diallo- Mickey D- ineligible to start the season, left after barely playing 1 year
Doke- Mickey D- Injured after 11 games. Seems to be the exception
Preston- Mickey D- lots of ineligibly questions following him.
Hmm should Bill be choosing his Mickey D bigs better?
Suggesting he can choose. @jaybate-1.0 has it figured out, Self takes who he can.
It really is. They could easily become #2 behind Duke.
Norm hitting the trail hard today. Stopping in to see Juiston and Allen.
USF head coach doing poorly.
Speak of the devil, Sean Miller has offered Lorenzo Romar a position on the AZ staff. WOW.
I thought this was already official but I was wrong. GREAT move for WSU btw.
He was an assistant under Calipari from 08-14.
I still think and hope he stays.
Dropping off some :moneybag: to a recruit.
I really don't care who it is (presumably the best option) but the staff needs to pick ONE and ride with him.
Brad Underwood has hired Orlando Antigua. Get reaaaady for some bag drops.
Andrew Slater: "Expect Allen to Kansas."
This whole situation is purely about the dad. He was promised a big position on Pastner's staff whereas Tubby gave him a small meaningless position. So he was completely sideways with Tubby and they couldn't work it out.
People freaking out because Missouri will probably end up with a better recruiting class than KU.
Missouri fans hangin that crootin banner.
I don't think they end up with Knox.
Walker isn't coming to KU.
Maybe it's part of why he job hops so much. By the time any trouble is made, he is two jobs away...

Father is a nutcase so that's an issue. The 3rd Lawson is supposed to be good as well. Dedric is much better then KJ. Talented kids but I don't think you take both, if you could take Dedric by himself I would sign us up today
Given that the staff didn't want to deal with Tremont's dad, it seems unlikely. Cunliffe's dad and Newman's dad more than meets the helicopter dad quota.
Yeah apparently Martin has a sister that is a principal at Tilmon's HS. LOL.
This is all Martin. They are in on Harris and Knox too....

KU has reached out to the Kanter brother. Grad transfer big...
Contacting every available player apparently.
Is there enough room? Maybe they could make up a position lol.

Wow some stuff is goin down today..
The party usually gets started after the FF.

The Tilmon release would seem to me that Missouri is involved
Seems very likely.

Just crippled the Memphis program.. Dedric almost left for the NBA after this season. They are very talented.
Yeah I don't understand why he would transfer instead of entering the draft.
I don't think so. They are from Memphis and Memphis hired their dad. Not sure if KU takes a look here but Dedric is really good and they have a little brother that will be a 5* in 2019.
The Lawson brothers are transferring from Memphis. Dedric is reaaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllllllllly good.
Preston/Juiston at the 4, Doke/Coleby at the 5. Daaasssssss pretty good.
Ha yeah. Bolden looks disinterested in basketball.
