Just gotta take advantage of our foul advantage
Playing great just keep it up this team can't score on our d
Rhode island gonna get blown out
You really hit it good. We see how much Self has shifted his scheme to fit the game and the players. It's a sign of the times really.
Keep it separate from the real game.
Wonder what upsets we see today
Expecting to see us play well today
Lynn blacked out a while ago they will have to let her know they lost
Woot woot bye marsha
You call the play out to Wichita and then immediately walk to the monitor
Its a shame they changed the entire game with a switch.
Terrible call. That's Higgins for ya
Simonds with 16. Beating Cincinnati all by himself
This is crazy. Simonds of Georgia St has 13 points. The team has 13 points..
A&M is going to beat Providence unless a miracle happens
Not many can cover that offensive lineman
So far Cincinnati hasn't realized Georgia St's leading scorer at 21 a game needs to be covered. Has all 8 points early
Foul trouble for Wichita.
Frannie the only shocker playing well
Thundering Herd +7 under 4 timeout
Providence, A&M tied at 50 with 8 left in the 2nd half.
Purdue crushing CSF now
Didn't realize Marshall has two 20 point scorers on their team. Still up 1 at the 8 minute mark
A&M up 6 early in the 2nd half.
While Early, at the under 12 timeout, Wichita is down 3 to Marshall. Lynn must be at least 10 deep by now
Purdue stretched the lead to 9 at half
Made a couple 3's as well. Seemed really engaged
Two going on so far.
A&M is up 1 at half over Providence 28-27. Both teams building brick houses from the floor
Purdue up 4 at the under 4 timeout. Also building brick houses from the floor so far.

Ouch, right after the game. Figured that's how it would go down
Tied for 13th on the All-Time Scoring list with Kevin Pritchard with 1692.
He's 76 points away from #10, Paul Pierce's spot.
Entire Pitt team wants to transfer. Good look for the ACC. LOL
Looking at the leaderboard no perfect brackets left in the buckets group.
And Delgado doesn't block shots either at his size.
Powell and Rodriguez are brick house guards.
This game will favor De Sousa and hopefully Doke can play a few minutes here and there.

That's the only real concern. Someone had to score for this mediocre Evansville team. He took 18!! shots a game this year. The hope would be he could be a solid part of an actually good team in a smaller role.
Yeah just looking at it on paper he became option #1 so he took a lot of shots to get 21 points. Looking at his assists and other statistics its like he only showed up to shoot

Vanderbilt "conveniently" pushed a few guards out to make room for Langford
Vanderbilt's uptick in recruiting isn't suspicious at all.
nothing to see here....righttt
LSU being looked into. I can imagine Vandy could be next

Speaking of auditioning for the NBA... Malik looks to me like he is doing that right now. He forced up some stuff late in yesterdays game when he should have worked the clock. Felt like he was auditioning ... I was naively hoping he would stick around for another year (I always hope they do)
I’m not holding out hope
Good eye. Spotted the same. If it wasn't for foul trouble he might have jacked more. The thing is everyone wants Newman to be aggressive he's a scorer who plays better overall when he's making shots but there is a line he needs to balance. Certainly looked as if he lost sight of that yesterday.

@BeddieKU23 I think we’re still on a roller coaster but the valleys might be less severe. Still gun shy a bit. I don’t sense an upset tomorrow. SH is a good team. This is the kind of game that I think focuses this team. Not a lot of time to think about it. Might be better for us. But I think we all see the risk. We won’t be blind sided if we lose.
I agree with that.
I expect better Saturday, Seton Hall is the type of team we've faced all year. I would compare them to Texas Tech.
Hopefully that was the team getting their nerves, tightness out of the way.
Vanderbilt "conveniently" pushed a few guards out to make room for Langford
Crean takes the Georgia job

@BeddieKU23 nerves? Playing tight? Peaked too early?
All the above maybe. Likely style of play for Penn had something to do with it. It was close when they controlled tempo and when KU was able to get the lead and keep it, it was because KU had finally pushed their own pace on them
What do you think? Roller coaster or changed team after yesterday?

@BeddieKU23 The Pac 12 is now "Pac and Ship". No more Pac 12 teams, so the dirtiest conference in college basketball went a sparkling 0-3.
Yupp and I'm not the least bit surprised or upset about it. I just get a laugh at all the people on tv that have to eat crow for picking Arizona to win the tourney or make the final 4

Seton hall played really well yesterday with arguably their best offensive performance of the year. The key for tomorrow is defense - getting out to shooters, containing dribble penetration and rebounding. If we lose, it won't be because we don't have Dok at 100%. Never has and won't be on Saturday.
Our defense and our offense, particularly Svi and Newman will be major factors. Both guards yesterday were downright awful on both sides of the ball
I did mention Arizona didn't play as a team. 3 Individuals (Ayton, Trier, Alkins) were auditioning for their NBA careers most nights. It was downright hilarious how many experts thought Ayton would be the reason they made it to the Final 4.. Really good talent but not a leader and who would expect him to be one as a freshman
I haven't read yet but I imagine the post game for the Arizona game was great!
Question to Deandre Ayton: How do you feel about this loss?
Ayton: I'm declaring for the NBA.
Is that accurate?
Advanced stats are not great but I'll have to take a look at his film
We match up a lot better with Seton Hall. Rodriguez is playing on one leg.
I think we'll come out and play better in the first half. Perfect coaching moment for Self after seeing that SOFT play against Penn. Play them the tape, tell them how many screens they went under and how they left a bunch of ivy league kids scare them away from the rim.
Can't see us losing Saturday unless we bottled Thursday's 1st half effort and plan on drinking it before the game

Houston and SDSU wild ending.
That was fun
A lot of teams would have put up 90 plus on Penn.
We WERE SOFT.
I'm shocked self isn't on his team right now. Unacceptable to let them hang around for 30 minutes or so.
Something must change for saturday
Selfish Newman back to ruin our night

@BeddieKU23 He is lazy!!! We do not understand that we have to be there on the catch.
All game long too letting fouls in his head. Not making any nba money today
Big foul drawn by Graham there that's classic frank
Vick at least can shoot today
