I have no doubt that Coach would take our beloved to levels they don't understand, or even us. Yet mark my words KU will win 3 to 4 games this year with defense.

Let me put it this way. KU wins the conference and makes history, and makes the final four.

UM You're wrong. I don't like saying or saying that but KU players have been at home with their loved celebrating a Christian holiday, and bringing in a new year.
Coach has yet to break this team into his defense minded dreams. Yet it is coming. Keep in mind this a break threw season for Coach. He has scarped his tried and true to play a 4 and 1. However playing a 4 and 1 brings new challenges of playing defense.
Yet it is coming. Mark my words. it is coming.

Self is the riverboat gambler. You watch at some point this KU team will come out and show and exhibition on how to play defense.

So What KU didn't play a great game against Kstate. It doesn't matter. All that matters is a w in the win column. Think anybody will remember this if KU wins the conference again. NO.
Sure I get look for flaws. Predict loses. Yet remember this. When a team plays KU it is the biggest game on their schedule. Lets not forget everybody is aiming at KU this year. This is the magical year. This is the year that if KU wins the conference again. It will go down has one of the greatest feats in college basketball history.
So I say man up KU fans. It wouldn't surprise me if every game is close. This is the year of folk lore. This is the season that you tell your grand children about. This is the season you tell your great grand children about.
This history. in the making. It doesn't have to look pretty. Just win baby. Enjoy the ride as KU takes on all comers.

KU overcame a hot shooting Kstate team and refs that called fouls if you breathed on a guy.

The KU basketball machine is a beast. In the beginning a recruit is the cats meow and the second after he signs he's being over recruited. It is the life of a player in KU basketball lore.
Hope the best for Conner, he just for whatever reason couldn't handle the beast.
Without looking I would assume a lot of gamblers are laying the wood on TCU, forcing Vegas to lower the spread.
