Pat is going to absolutely obliterate passing records. But he probably won't win six rings so you'll always have those "Brady was the Goat" guys even though Pat is far and away, clearly, not even close, the better player.

The only way to beat Pat is to outscore him. That is it. If you are banking on throwing him off his game, you already lost. When playing the Chiefs - punting is a turnover. There is no "field position battle" against the Chiefs. There is no "if you can do this, Pat will struggle." The dude had one of the worst games we've ever seen from him and he still had a 70% completion rating, threw for 393 yards, 2 TDs and his season high 11.56 yards per attempt while his offense put up 26 points.

@BShark Andy was a HOF coach even without Pat imo. He has a level of sustained success that is 100% HOF worthy.

But yea he is Andy. He isn't changing. Just have to hope that we don't get our hearts ripped out one of these games.

He should learn that all he needs to do with this team is just keep scoring. Foot only comes off the gas if Chad Henne is in the game.

@drgnslayr I think we can all agree that Jalen is a different breed.... Quick first step. Elite hand-eye coordination for a guy who is 6’8. Basketball IQ is extremely high.

Sure if they can go find another one bring him in lol.

I think it is fine to go after guys who are skilled at basically one thing. I think it is smart to go after some guys who may be undersized so you know they will stay four years.

But most importantly we need to find guys who can play next to each other. I love that this group can mix and match and play next to each other.

Last year for instance, playing Big Dave next to Doke was horrible. And Mitch without adding a shot to his game never could give Doke the space he needed down low.

You need a PF who can stretch his guy away from your C if you are going to have a "dunker" at C. You have to have an athlete at PF if you are going to have a guy like Clemence play 5. It seems like this group has all of that.

Would be nice to see us put them away early.

@justanotherfan I'd like to see Braun be the ball handler at the end... We saw Garrett against NDSU and it was not pretty. Was hard watching him get blocked like that over and over and over.

I'd love to see them press just to shorten the shot clock a bit. I don't want to say a soft press necessarily. But not WVU either. Somewhere in the middle.

We really need Bryce and TGF to get it rolling though. I think that gives Bill more confidence in being able to press if he can open the bench up to 8 or 9.

@BShark We genuinely do not need him to score at all. If he would just focus on getting good position in the post for rebounds on both ends we would be a better team.
