Kansas has player test positive and has been removed from the B12 tournament.

Non-KU Games Thread • Mar 12, 2021 02:16 PM

A Virginia player has tested positive and their game tonight against Georgia Tech is cancelled.

@rockchalkwyo More than twice as many as Kentucky

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 01:17 AM

When did Agbaji get 26 points?

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 01:17 AM

Two consecutive

@BShark Great "fans"

Karma for foul bating. Trying to be Trae Young

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 01:10 AM

Bad charge call

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 01:06 AM

Think Harris got fouled but he needs to be stronger with the ball

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 01:01 AM

Ochai = Vick with a better attitude

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:57 AM

Jalen you have to make that

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:56 AM

Don't reward that bullshit

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:55 AM

Flop

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:53 AM

Harkless with an elbow to Agbaji...

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:49 AM

@BeddieKU23 That's something he should practice. Catching, setting your feet, and getting a balanced shot.

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:49 AM

I feel like Agbaji makes those mid-range jumpers harder than they need to be.

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:47 AM

Need to go on a run and have a bigger lead by the under 8

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:43 AM

Agbaji put your hand up

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:41 AM

It doesn't seem like we're ever even. We're either elite or we're eating glue.

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:37 AM

@BShark As long as ours gets going as well...

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:34 AM

Ochai man

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:22 AM

@DanR The problem is our small lineup matches up with Tech a lot better than Texas. We have nothing for Texas' bigs without McCormack.

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:19 AM

I don't either, but Bruce is on another level tbh

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:17 AM

@DanR Bruce Weber

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:16 AM

Did you see the Bruce handshake at the end of the Baylor-KState game? He basically just walked past Drew like he wasn't even there. Really don't like the guy at all.

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:08 AM

Is OU trying to lose?

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:04 AM

Travel...

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:01 AM

Ya I mean, there's obviously something to be said about the defense when Harris and Garrett are on the court together.

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 12, 2021 12:00 AM

Garbage charge call tbh

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 11, 2021 11:59 PM

MITCHHHHHHHHHHH

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 11, 2021 11:56 PM

Harris is dope

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 11, 2021 11:50 PM

Stop taking stupid shots omg

We're OK, they're OK • Mar 11, 2021 11:48 PM

I really think Harris will be good.

Non-KU Games Thread • Mar 11, 2021 09:42 PM

I feel bad for some of Duke's players but that's about it.

Big-12 Tourney • Mar 11, 2021 08:00 PM

They do. Baylor probably has a hard time getting up for a game like this as well.

Non-KU Games Thread • Mar 11, 2021 07:18 PM

Nova loses to Georgetown. Nova close to us on the s-curve so that is helpful.

Non-KU Games Thread • Mar 11, 2021 07:03 PM

Syracuse and Kentucky losing within minutes of one another makes me happy.

Kentucky finishes 9-16 on the season.

Non-KU Games Thread • Mar 11, 2021 03:58 PM

@BeddieKU23 Right, but as it's a player who tested positive and was with the team, I think all of Duke's roster has to now 10-day quarantine.

Non-KU Games Thread • Mar 11, 2021 03:47 PM

@Kcmatt7 A 10-day quarantine would keep Duke out of the first round of the NCAA tournament, so it might not even matter what the selection committee wants. The NCAA really should have had a longer break between conference tournaments and the NCAA tournament for situations like this. I have a feeling Duke will not be the last team affected by a positive test.

Non-KU Games Thread • Mar 11, 2021 03:18 PM

Duke has a positive player test and will not play tonight.

Non-KU Games Thread • Mar 11, 2021 11:17 AM

They're going to be devastated if Duke loses to Florida St today.

Every year we find new and exciting ways to not have our center for the NCAA tournament.

On one hand it sucks on the other this team isn't making noise in the tournament anyway.

I don't think it's impossible for us to make a run. UTEP aside, the team has been playing with more consistency lately. Just need to treat every game like we're playing Baylor and play with that kind of intensity.

Rumors • Mar 09, 2021 07:49 PM

It could be worse. Hopefully we have Dave (and Tristan) back for the NCAA tournament. Until then, guys really need to take it upon themselves to be smart and not put themselves at additional risk for contracting Covid.

Rumors • Mar 09, 2021 07:34 PM

McCormack, Enaruna in Covid protocol and Self expects to have them back for the NCAA tournament.

Rumors • Mar 09, 2021 07:07 PM

Press Conference at 1:30 today. We should know more soon.

Rumors • Mar 09, 2021 05:25 PM

I saw that too. Better to miss the B12 tournament than the other one.

Hopefully it's just 1 or 2 players and not the entire team.

Rankings • Mar 08, 2021 07:32 PM

@BeddieKU23 They played a pretty bad out-of-conference schedule too and lost to Minnesota and Northwestern. Like Purdue has the same record as Ohio St and a similar SOS and they are ranked 20th. I think Ohio St and Purdue should both be around 12-16.

Non-KU Games Thread • Mar 07, 2021 08:25 PM

That Houston-Memphis ending was crazy...

I'm going to reserve judgement until all of the teams are seeded and I can look at potential match-ups, but I feel like Baylor will go furthest in the tournament. One of the best defensive teams with NBA guards that can go 1-on-1 and get a basket. That tends to translate well in March. As for Kansas, I'll be happy if they win more than 1 game.

Non-KU Games Thread • Mar 07, 2021 12:43 AM

They'll probably rise. Quality loss
