A Cuffe, Curry, Adams and Clemence class in 2021 I could definitely live with. It would be solid Top 10.

Who would you rather we sign, Cuffe or Griffin?
for me Cuffe
Me too.
@AsadZ If someone is not a good fit it is best that they go elsewhere.
Who would you rather we sign, Cuffe or Griffin?
@BShark man, is Dick that soft? What, is his game just not advancing?

@RockkChalkk Meanwhile a joke stimulus instead of something that will help people...
You got it. And a silly little girl who has no business being in government that has the gall to admit on camera that they didn't put any Bill forward due to not wanting to help Trump. Pathetic.

Crazy game; very difficult to watch. Hopefully, everyone will get better. Braun and Garrett led rebounding with 10 each. RC. McCormack only had 3 rbds in 20 min. Even a blind hog can get more than 3 rebds in 20 min.
He is so mechanical and soft. God, it is going to be nice next year when we have some big bodies and his minutes are cut to about 12 or 13, or better yet he decides to transfer.
Who said that Agbaji needs to have his minutes cut?
@jessejayhawk I like his cheerleader posts best,,,,,, and the others too.
I love this team. They're not pretty (aren't going to be this year), but they got heart and guts. This year imo is just a warmup for next.
@BShark Can't shoot? So with our already having Harris who apparently can't shoot either, would that be a good fit. Side note, I think Enaruna would be the one who will transfer. The light just isn't coming on.
@approxinfinity 😂 oh, believe me, my free time is spent being much more constructive than that. Others can spend their own deconstructing themselves and or this nation, if that is what they think floats, for a time, a sinking boat.
@approxinfinity I never said that we weren't divided, but some feel that Trump did put our citizens first - not only domestically, but internationally as well. Oh well, he lost, guess that we need to lube up and get ready to start bending over for China and the rest of the world once again.
@benshawks08 works in the military too.
I love this and next year's recruiting classes, they are bigtime all things considered.
He is a steal... And is going to flatout perform.
@wissox The guy has an attitude, no doubt. I'm fine with it, as long as he doesn't start intentionally tripping people.
Yeah, if we beat Creighton I'll feel better about our chances. I would say right now as far as Top 25 we're in the 18 - 25 range. I feared this might happen, occasional difficulties scoring the ball and defensive struggles. That we will make the tournament there is no doubt, but next year we could be an absolute monster.
But serious, he is only a sophomore right? He will surely improve. I don't Baylor to sign anyone.
Wait a minute, @BShark @jayballer67 , weren't you two clamoring and shouting in unison not too long ago, "we want dick! We want dick!"
We had better play alot better than what we did against ND State or we will not win.
@KirkIsMyHinrich that has been one of my points all along. The way they are interpreting it you would think that they would have issue with damn near every major school.
@Crimsonorblue22 Harris does not need to score, because he makes everyone that he is playing with better.
@approxinfinity said in ELITE OFFENSIVE JUGGERNAUT NDSU GAME THREAD:
Marcus and Harris can't play together if they both can't score.
I have been thinking the same thing for several games now, and Harris should start at point. So that being said, with the current roster and makeup of the team Garrett needs to come off the bench. Ofcourse, that is not going to happen.
@BShark yeah, want to see me some Gethro "Hillbilly" Muscadin. And I do realize that the only other Gethro that I've ever seen was fictional and spelled his name with a J.
Coach Case, huh?
@AsadZ Who could argue with that? But to @justanotherfan 's point, how old would Wright be then?
@BShark like I said, not discounting this season but next year could be bigtime. You wouldn't hear me argue about a Harris, Thompson, Braun, Wilson, Clemence lineup. The bench is going to be deep and talented too
@drgnslayr Interesting take, and valid points.
@BeddieKU23 Coaching legend, bigtime. Just imagine the pressure that would come with being the guy who replaces Bill Self.
@justanotherfan Yeah, Vaughn probably would be too old by then
@BeddieKU23 just out of curiosity, how many more years do you all think that Coach Self will be at KU?
I will say this, I totally expected Dave to step up his game and do alot this season, and I was soooo wrong. It is quite apparent that Doke and Dot bigtime covered his flaws last season. Riding the freight train that we had going on last year it was easy for him to get lost in the cargo, but not this year. He needs to come off the bench for 10 or 12 mpg, that's it.
@BShark I guess the question is, what exactly is Dave good at 😂?
@jayballer67 what, better to go with Dave?
Vaughn is solid, would be a great role model and has Cali and east coast connections, and he Knows basketball. Anyway, that's a name that no one has mentioned. I'd take him over Haas any day of the week. Just saying.
@BShark are you serious?
Coach Self isn't going anywhere anytime soon, nor do I want him to. But seeings how some brought it up not too long ago and that he eventually will I have a candidate for you (though I realize that as of now he doesn't have hardly any experience), how about Jacque Vaughn? Smart and sharper than a whip - can easily learn the ins and outs of the NCAA - who bleeds KU and is a flat out winner. Roy Williams had no headcoaching experience.
@FarmerJayhawk 😂 I don't know about GOAT, but I like the guy's game.
I say go with the best lineup and rotation for not only this season but next, let Dave become disgruntled and transfer (and I'm being serious).
@jayballer67 All coach has to do is let him play tonight, and there will be no denying him pt after that.
@jayballer67 I disagree. That guy is a player, and will play this year. Mark it.
Until we have a vaccine in place there is going to be what we have right now, which quite frankly is panic. Justified? Perhaps, people have died afterall. But one thing that I do know, the country can no longer contemplate being at a standstill while waiting for and or even making - yes, I said it (one guy in Jersey was arrested for opening his bar and trying to survive) - people die.
@BeddieKU23 have to agree with you. The offense just comes to a halt when everyone tries to feed him. I mean, let's be honest, the guy doesn't even really rebound well. When is the Washburn game? Is it televised?
The guy is a player, period. As I see it, we have a roster that is filled with guys who bleed crimson and blue and who have heart and want to win while having a feel for the game, save for McCormack (not ready to give up on Enurana just yet, and haven't seen Jossell).
It was ugly, but is a win. Our D and heart showed.
@justanotherfan which is why I say that Bill needs to go fullblown Beverly Hillbillies and let Gethro play. His averages would be better than Dave's for damn sure, and his skill set is better suited for the players that we have. Dave is just not a good fit.
@BeddieKU23 I think that Gethro has a high ceiling and could be a future pro.
I don't worry about Thompson, he will be fine. I do not, however, think that he will or should start over Harris. Think that Harris should be our starting PG.
@BShark My bad, Curry. I had a brain cloud.
@BeddieKU23 Agree with everything that you said. Dave is not ready for primetime and I don't think he will be, you can't teach instinct and feel for the game. This is his 3rd year in the system. Next year's lineup is intriguing (and I'm not writing off this season) - Curry/Muscadin, Wilson/Clemence, Braun/Adams, Harris/?, Agbaji/Thompson and TGF.
Notice that I did not add McCormack's name to the rotation. Where would he fit? I think that Gethro needs more PT now. Dave just doesn't have a feel for the game, period. I will take it a step further by saying that if he hasn't been serious about getting his degree he needs to start doing so. He does not have a pro future, not even overseas.
@jayballer67 That's what I read somewhere, three years. Sorry, should've posted the link. Forgot where I read it
