No pride on defense today. Would have thought 1 20 plus point ass beaten on your own floor would have been enough for a season

I guess I'm just not that down on Juan or any one player. We just didn't look engaged today like we can be and that's disappointing. I hate losing because of effort and things like that. I'm okay with getting beat by a better performance
TO's meant a lot for sure. What I hate is so many were just sleepy unforced stuff. Had to be 7-8 of them that we just made a dumb pass or what have you

Tenn, Auburn game is rough to watch. Think we found 2 offenses that were actually worse than ours today. Crazy. They have more rebounds than points. And I'm NOT kidding
I think we're fine. We just can't play early. We're asleep. CS seemed to agree without watching tape "energy and effort" were lacking. Based on ISU probably getting 75-80% of 50/50 balls.
Obviously we've all seen that they aren't by in large the team that we watched today
It's actually crazy how much of a defensive juggernaut they claim ISU is when TT hangs 80 on them
The team is actually great when they come to play. I saw very little to nothing today that said we were ready to play this game. Outside of JWil for certain. We've all seen they are better than this and we'll see it again. The worry is what the formula is for when they look so completely out of it, like today. So far I can see "early" games. Also we're appearing a lil "live and die by the 3 ish.

I don't think there's 1 thing to learn from this game. Doesn't even look like our team by in large. They flat didn't get out of bed, didn't get off the bus, and were NOT ready to play. Nothing else

You can always take watching play a hard fought game and lose. That happens to everyone. This is not that
@wissox nah. We've seen how they look when they have intensity. They don't today. Ppl just driving by them. Stand there and watch the opponent get rebounds. There are things out of control. (ISU hitting a well guarded shot, etc). But lack of intensity? Controllable. Mentally. And when you don't do it, you aren't trying.
When JWil has to go get 30. It's largely a losing team formula. Feel bad for him

Love what CS is doin with Juan. Take the ball out of his hands for spells to save his legs. Then use those legs to actually look to score. It's giving the team a new dynamic I think we're gonna enjoy the hell out of.
Bench was pretty great tonite overall. Can only hope these things go a long way over the last 9 weeks of the season here
