@DoubleDD I understand it very well... And have likened then to the 2012 team myself. Have said on several occasions. If were within a bucket or two with a minute to go I like our chances 90 percent of the time.. but that does not mean you don't work on getting better at your deficiencies

@DoubleDD no I pay attention real well. And if you play like this against a fundamentally sound and hungry mid major second round you go home. And I've seen it. Multiple times. And so have you. Don't need to pretend this is any different. Give credit where credit is due. But you don't if it isn't. That's a recipe for mediocrity

So has this win now put us in the driver's seat for not only a number 1 seed, but perhaps the number seed? Of course there is still work to do. And... I'm not sure I even wanna be number one overall... However, let's say theoretically we win out in conference. Or perhaps 3-1(okie state) and then win or make the conference tournament championship. Certainly that could be as many as 5 losses.. hopefully not more than that. Thoughts on this?

Great stuff. It is very fun to see this adaptation. It will only create even more success moving forward in my opinion. The thing that makes it even better for me is. It's like you said. Coach isn't battling the team over this. In fact. To me it looks and sounds like he has embraced it. Feels like he is honestly enjoying it. It's such a disappointment for me. He looked poised to have a nice year this year. And it just hasn't come close to materializing
