Gradey... what a weapon! We hang in games and then suddenly he pumps in a few treys and punches up our lead! Wow! And then another example where he followed his shot and rebounded! Who else does this in college basketball?
Bobby! Can't stress his contribution enough! 18 minutes produced 5 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists... He outright won a game for us early on this season and he'll win us more this year just by contributing throughout a game!
Pace of game? Does it matter anymore? We know we can run. We can also execute well in the half court!
I'm happy and I still see plenty of room for improvement between now and March!

We all know that right now the K/State fans are going to be feeling a little Cocky , thumpin their chests , and that's ok they can do that , they have their minutes of glory.
Yet they might be just a little to Cocky. - -I read they think Nowell is the best point guard in the Nation. That to is ok , although I'm quite sure there would be and rightfully so people that would strongly disagree with that.
Yet I get and some others also do to - -I get the feeling that they feel they have reached the summit , that they are as good as anyone , and hate to say but I think they a re in for a rude awakening - - yes they are having a very good year .Yes they have come together as a team - -Tang has done a great job , yet just a little FYI hate to tell them - -they are not to the summit yet.

I've always challenged his ability to bring out teams "ready to play." This has always been one of my peeves. Maybe he is coaching me up now because I now think he is focused on preserving player energy throughout the game so they can go full tilt at the end, when it is "money time!"

Phelps leaving is killer. The best defensive player in the team, but I get it. I thought he was NFL good this season. Going to need a lot from the Minnesota transfers to fill those shoes. We desperately need to find some more DL even after landing 3 priorities in the portal.
Kicker is getting addressed (it seems).
Overall I think we are returning a borderline top 25 roster. We just need the defense to improve and we’re legitimately talking about competing for the conference imo.
Player retention will still be big to watch, but I have o love where we are at.

To show you what a grind this league is gonna be this year I just heard - - - -6 out of the first 10 games that have been played , they were ONE possession games.
Also you realize that FORUR teams lost home games - -Visitors stole the game on the road. - - KU - - Iowa State - - K/ State-- TCU all won on the road, you HAVE GOT to protect home turf if you wanna win this league
