My favorite stat is KU 49 rebounds to 23... Wow thats getting after the glass idc who you playing, shot 61% from 3 aswell.
FTs % was terrible aided by Coleby and Young going 1/5. But idk if can remember a game with us just shooting 16 free ones. I kinda think the refs let them play a bit tonight which i like.

All of our bigs need lessons from Doka, dunk it when you 2 feet away, its a little higher percentage.
Good block out by LL lead to a foul and a made basket, could do with out the fumble but baby steps to get him going.

I hate that LL isnt playing well but its not the first week anymore and if he's hurt why is self playing him? I'm guessing he's not and if he dont pick it up he be left outta the rotation. Silly fouls, missed blockouts and bunnies dont cut it ever.

Lol the SOS is way off early in the year, according to ESPN UNI has the toughest SOS. Idk how looking at it besides they play Xavier twice with the way it worked out and they are #2 RPI team.

@HawkChamp saw they was down 20 at the half. We maybe lucky with how we are playing that the B12 seems to be down at this point.

I predict some left over turkey sandwiches in my near future haha. KU will take the show on the road to end the season in Manhattan against the Mildcats of KSUCK, 11 am on FS1. We havent been able to really compete with these guys since the departure of MM. Snyder always gets his boys ready for this one regardless of how good we are. KSU has a solid defense, that will give us fits to move the chains. The key to me is make Ertz their QB pass the ball, he only has a 57% completion percentage to go with 7 TDs and 4 INTs. We have been gashed for years by running QBs, it just can't happen this week if we wish to keep the magic going. The defense must continue creating turnovers and getting after the QB. I really want to think we can go compete in this but we never seem to, even tho there is little talent gap they get the better of us in a bad way. I think we can keep close for awhile ill say KSU 41 KU 13 RCJH.
It interesting because I heard that LSU is meeting with Jimbo Fisher this week. If herman goes to LSU does Texas go after Fisher or someone else, or as you said keep Strong.
@JayHawkFanToo I stand with you buddy. I love Wigs and he is a great player but I thought he was hit or miss on effort. One game he was going after rebounds and hustling, the next he would just stand and watch. This is the main issue I have with OADs, Will they go hard when it counts?? I'm not saying it makes them bad kids or anything, I understand they have a huge check waiting why get hurt. If you showcase how good you can be in a few games the NBA will draft you.
@wissox Svi i could see a guy thinking that but this is Vicks first few games of playing meaningful minuites, i bet he improves quite a bit before seasons end.
I thought Coleby played okay for his first big time action in years. He hustled that i like too much standing around bye Bragg and LL. Bragg once he wakes up maybe good enough to make up for bad defense, LL isnt skilled enough on offense to be slacking on that end and warrant playing time.
Its still early, overall i have little issue with our guards, they are playing at a high level. Now bigs thats different story. Vick and Svi will come around.
@jaybate-1.0 I agree, not saying we should run a zone all the time like Baylor, just run it a little more often with our length could be a good thing.
