The amount of penalties in this game is ridiculous, refs want it under that 11 point spread seems pretty obvious at this point. Nice to see Patrick have a solid half 19/24 206 yards and 2 TDs. 3 of his 5 incompletions hit his receivers hands.
Damon Greaves our punter had his family make the trip to KC from Australia to watch him play yesterday…… he never got to punt lol good problem to run into. I’m sure they still enjoyed the game and being able to see Damon for the first time in months
@BShark Teams take after their coaches, Deion and Co are constantly running their mouths, acting like a bunch of gangsters and what not. The only player on that team I’m interested in drafting is Hunter the rest are gonna get humbled real fast on Sundays. Now I’ll give them some credit they are 8-3 and will make a bowl game but have only played one ranked team and have a very weak schedule. I’ve literally never seen a team with less class and composure than them yesterday. It makes it really funny because KU completely dominated them in every aspect of the game. Better play calling in the red zone and that’s a 25 plus point victory for the hawks.
@Texas-Hawk-10 I think you make Flagg earn everything he gets and don’t let someone else beat you by dropping 20 plus points.
@kuballin10 he’ll likely be on Flagg or Kneuppel their Roster is weird from the stand point they only have 2 true big men. They have a lot of size but mostly taller guards.

@benshawks08 maybe we need them to be ranked lol. I’m hoping with the steaks so high we don’t underestimate them but they are the worst team we have played in a month no questions asked.

Maluach hasn’t impressed me much this far from parts of the two games I have watched. Don’t believe he is in game shape at this point and likely won’t play more than 15-20 minutes. I don’t think I’d start KJ in this one, doesn’t seem to be a favorable match up for him. He has struggled in the past with stretch 4 type of players. I know Bill will regardless. Whom ever wins on the glass wins this game. Arizona gave up gobs of offensive rebounds and second chance points. I like us to win with how experienced we are Dook has a tendency to chuck it from the cheap seats. Which I think we did that a little much against UNCW.

Devin could’ve gone pro after last season or likely transferred to make more money elsewhere. He stayed….got his 3rd straight 1,000+ yard season and broke every single RB record in Kansas history. Devin Neal is the best running back in this conference period.

I’ll add the fact that our strength of schedule was in the 90s to start the year and now it’s top 5 in the country. We supposedly lucked out playing ASU instead of Arizona, not playing OSU, Utah and UCF. We play the top 9 teams in this conference with Baylor coming up in a week.
Illinois was supposed to be a team that had to make a bowl to keep their the coach. They are now have 8 wins and are ranked in the top 25. UNLV lost a lot in the transfer portal and was a big question mark. They too are now a top 25 team in the CFB. Every single FBS team we have played is bowl eligible except Houston most have been for weeks. Lindenwood who just moved up to FCS competition wasn’t supposed to win more than 2 games. Even they finished their season 5-7 much better than expected. The combined record of our opponents is unbelievable. Moral of the story is preseason rankings don’t mean much.
