Crazy with the events that have transpired, if you said they had 13 points going into the 4th Iâd say we are up by a few touchdowns.

If we have a trick play or something now is the time.
We have to get some points if we can go get 7 they will feel some pressure. That 2 downs from one and losing yards was killer for us thus far.
@wissox they did one but yes they are getting away with a lot imo. Hasnât made a difference in the score tho.

Honestly I just want beat KSU and win a bowl game. Hopefully we win out but those 2 games are more important to me.
@Crimsonorblue22 @mayjay @nuleafjhawk I actually see why we were chosen over them, they had 2 losses to our one. Our one loss was at neutral site to a top 10 team by one score with us missing 3 or 4 field goals. Missouri also lost to a good ranked team twice but got destroyed both times. I think we had a shot against OU that season if we beat Missouri. We went to Norman in the next season with no defense and they won by 10 and was possession game late.
@nuleafjhawk thatâs what is so frustrating about Jason. He led the B12 in QBR this week and was just fantastic outside of 2 throws. Against Texas he had the worse QBR of any power 5 starter this season and OSU wasnât a lot better. Just have to hope he has found his stride and will get a us some more wins. We are still very lucky to have him on our roster.
It just feels like the chiefs are just hanging on in a lot of these games but I like the bye week comes at a perfect time. The receivers have got to start getting separation and catching the football. Had 3 drops again today, leading the nfl in that category.

Coach LL after the game in which Jalon didnât travel with the team, odd considering he was dressed last week in case he was needed in an emergency. Said Jalon will start when he is healthy and isnât considering a medical red shirt. At this point it is questionable if it hurts the roll this team is on right now if Jalon returns?
Side note it was nice to have a game in November in Ames that wasnât in frigid temperatures with a wind.
@Crimsonorblue22 Right now we have played 6 of the top 8 conference teams and one of those 8 is us. I personally think OSU and KSU got unbelievably great draws schedule wise
@Texas-Hawk-10 it all depends on whom else wins and loses. Not sure what the tie breaker is but could potentially see 3 or 4 2 loss teams in 2nd place.
@stoptheflop KSU beating Texas wouldâve helped us because we can still beat KSU. OU beating OSU also wouldâve helped us.
We should jump OU IMO, same record and we beat them recently. I personally think the B12 doesnât have a top 10 team, Maybe a healthy Texas. We actually need help getting to Arlington at this point, even winning out we need losses for Texas and OSU.
@Crimsonorblue22 we will be a top 20 team come Tuesday. Swept KSU volleyball so they will stay in the top 20 and Basketball is obviously number 1 for now.
We were actually 3 point dogs in this one. I got to give credit to Defensive Coordinator Brian Borland. I was thinking this was a lake or break year for him with the defense being one of the worse in CFB the last 2 years. Still can see some depth issues but that expected with our current talent group.
That was a risky play call on that 3rd down, perfect execution. Great game by Jason and the defense was pretty salty til they got tired and some of that is just the depth we donât have.
