@mayjay It's not "wrong" to leave college for the pros. But it's disappointing to the fans. We (at least I) can't form a "bond" with them.

@approxinfinity this is a great idea. We all love KU and some of us (me included) get a little wound up at times. Hey! Nobody wants to lose to K-State or Marquette, and it's easy to fly off the rails, but hopefully the sense of community will remind us that we're all in this together. This world is hard enough now without us being against each other.

I just read through the "Maui Wowie" posts from last night's game (that I didn't watch because of the late start).

I'll admit that I sometimes say stupid things and get a little heated, but it went next level last night. I hope it stops. Because all I thought of was how the K-State crowd must be eating this up. We're acting like them.
Hopefully, everyone on this site is a loyal Jayhawk fan. Please - argue. Disagree. State your opinions. But do it respectfully. We don't need to lose AND look stupid at the same time.
@jayballer67 thankfully I went to bed before the debacle started. But you were right, they should have given the game to them to start with and everyone could have gotten some sleep.

But, here's where I'm at. If you stay 4 years here you are my hero. Three years will get you in the upper 30% of my favorites. One or two years - you mean nothing to me. I don't watch the NBA, but if I did you wouldn't mean any more to me than someone who went to NC State, USC or any other school anywhere.

When Mahomes screws up in any fashion, throw in the towel. He gets so frustrated he can't even pass gas. It seems very easy to get him rattled.

I hate the way that college ball (foot and basket) has become, but I still root as hard as ever when KU is playing.
