I wouldn't exactly call Santa Clara decent...maybe mediocre. They did beat TCU earlier this year.
As I mentioned the other day, the WCC is no slouch this season. San Francisco, St. Mary's and BYU are all ranked higher in KenPom than Oklahoma State, West Virginia and a bunch of other teams from majors. The problem is a few boat-anchor schools in the conference that haven't had good teams in decades.
