I like the way Och goes inside. Less of a factor in today's NBA, but still another asset.
Hey, a good start after halftime ! What a concept !
Oh, okay.
@Marco I understand. If I'm not mistaken, we hung 150 on one of his teams and he wouldn't schedule KU for years after that.

Damn, Hall was still alive?
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Somewhere I've got a photo of him with Dick Vitale that I took when the Final Four was here in '84.
Wiggins scores 21 as the Warriors open up a can of whup-ass on the Bulls in a 42-point road win.
Dubs break out of their slump, aided by Chicago playing without an injured Zach Lavine. Wigs was the game's leading scorer until they sat him early and emptied the bench.
Clyde Edwards-Helaire out again this Sunday. He practiced Wednesday but they shut him down yesterday and today. Third week in a row. That running back position looks mighty thin.
As for the good news, it looks like Tyreek will be OK to play despite the bad heel.
And at one point tonight, BYU led Gonzaga by 7 at The Kennel.
Unfortunately, that point was at the start of the game. Zags shoot 69% from the field and win by 26.
Oregon goes into an empty Pauley Pavilion and beats UCLA in OT.
Walton on the TV call. Hard to tell whether he's more annoying when the Bruins win or when they lose.
Should be an interesting matchup tonight between Gonzaga and BYU.
The WCC looks a lot stronger this year, with four teams in the top 40 of the KenPom rankings. The real surprise is San Francisco...14 and 2 with only one bad loss, to Grand Canyon. Their other one was to Loyola-Chicago. St. Mary's is playing well too.
Too bad the conference gets dragged down by the three P's (Pacific, Portland and Pepperdine)
So many factors go into marketability / draftability. Just in the past year you can see how NIL and the transfer portal have made a huge impact. For example, when a good mid-major player decides to transfer it increases his visibility among scouts and the general fan base, especially when it comes to national media spotlight.
Ochai may be a good dude, and I'm happy to see him that high in the mock draft. Character issues, sadly, don't seem to matter much when it comes to NBA scouting. The better the player, the more a team is willing to overlook any character flaws.
I miss the days when a home game was an automatic W.
Only need to be 1 point better tho.
HO-LEE CRAP !!!
They've got Brockington, we've got the Block-ingtons
Any such thing as a soft flagrant ?
What's the opposite of no blood, no foul ?
Leading in blocks, 7 to 1
MUCH better D this half
Tech wins

Heady days in Los Angeles. Latest poll has UCLA 3 and USC 5. Not sure if there's ever been such a high ranking for both simultaneously. I never remember USC being this high to be honest. After what they did to us last year I'd rank them #1!
During the 1970-71 season UCLA was #1 most of the season and USC was as high as #2.
The Trojans had some great teams back then but had the misfortune of being in the same conference as the Bruins during John Wooden's heyday as a coach. And that was back hwen only the conference champions could advanbce to the NCAA tournament. That season UCLA was led by Henry Bibby & Sidney Wicks, while USC had Paul Westphal.

Watched the Badgers face Danny and Maryland. After the Badgers opened up a 21 point lead Dannys kids fought back furiously and actually took a 3 point lead before the Badgers won. It's the 3rd game the Badgers have had a 20 point lead that they've blown and then recovered and won, and they also had a 21 point comeback to win. Pretty amazing.
28-24 ! Chiefs salvaged my day !
Come on clock !
Melvin takes it away from Melvin for six ! TOUCHDOWN CHIEFS !
And two more on the conversion !
Crappy field conditions. Players slipping and sliding all over the place.
Okay. Enough of that hoops disaster. Let's Go Chiefs !
Harris got mugged !
Mitch getting schooled inside
Worst half of the season
"Coach, they blow the whistle when I do that."
"Then don't DO that"
OK, just put new batteries in my remote. Ready for the Jayhawks & Chiefs ! (Carpal tunnel notwithstanding.)
Kelly hit eight of his nine threes in the fourth quarter, part of a Hornets team record of 24 treys.
Wiggins ended up with a team high of 17 in a Golden State loss to Dallas, on the night they retired Dirk Nowitzki's number.
As for Embiid, that's five straight games with 30 or better.

@nwhawkfan I read this. I've always been a big fan!
Me too. I was tipped off about this article by the lady I used to date while I was at KU. She lives in NoCal now and is a huge Warriors fan. I'll have to get down there some time to catch a game in person.
Read this one at your leisure...it runs awhile.
31st straight league opener win. Last loss was in the Big 8 to OU in '91.
Nice comeback game for Dave. Need more of that.
@Kcmatt7 Only three behind
Road win. Take it.
Don't know who to be madder at, the refs or our ugly play
Barnum & Bailey stuff out there
Just like they drew it up
REMY
BANKERS HOURS
Lord, Ochai got called for breathing on him
Well, looky here ! Somebody found their shooting touch !
Bounce pass to a big in the key. Are you kidding ?
Yay, we scored. (Golf clap.)
Everybody needs to take a halftime shower to wash the stink off
Dave woke up !
Just not enough effort on the defensive side. Ironically, Chiefs D was at their best on that goal line stand.
Credit to Burrow though. Accurate on those long passes in the clutch.
Now the Chiefs need the Texans to upset Tennessee next week while they beat the Broncos in order to get the top seed. Tall order.
