I'm new to ESPN+ and am casting from my phone to the TV which is pretty impressive for me. BUT, there is captioning on the screen which I don't want. Any ideas how to turn it off? Is it on your tv's if you're doing the same?

Kind of an odd feeling going into this one. We're in a must win mode. Why must we win? For bowl eligibility. That's really it. We'd like to play one more game in the last week of 2024 even if it's in the irrelevant bowl. Because it'd represent a fairly remarkable turnaround from the horrendous 1-5 start. Two seasons ago we start 5-0 if memory serves correct, Jayden goes down and Bean didn't have the magic he showed last year. A win today, and of course the next two weeks would make a 4-0 finish and a completely different way to become bowl eligible.
There's no use in playing 'what could have been' because it's over. Future starts today and so I'm excited for this matchup. Why am I excited?

Another chance to beat BYU and their relatively suspect 9-0 record. Knocking them out of the unbeaten ranks would be a really cool thing to do.

@Texas-Hawk-10 Nice summary. Storr has played for 7 teams now in 7 years so a transfer is highly likely. Imagine if the kid just settled for one place how much better he'd be.

Seems to me we had a turkey week game once, maybe against Duke (?) that was similar in numbers of fouls. Anyone remember that?
@FarmerJayhawk I saw Arizona's chat page and they were worried that the BIG 12 would be officiated like that. It's hard to describe the badness of BIG12 refs, but it's never been like tonight!
This game made the eyes bleed. 63 fouls called, almost evenly, 87 FT's shot. Zona was great rebounding, but couldn't stop fouling and old friend Caleb Love made a crucial foul and technical when a kid said something to him and Caleb shoved him. Then the Badgers made a three. 7 point swing . It really helps a lot when you make FT's and UW is leading the nation this year in percent. 41-47 from the stripe. Another way to look at is they made 25 shots, but scored 103 points.

Missed the KState game. Took a break from hoops and watched the interesting golf movie The Long Drive on Netflix. True story about a bunch of Mexican kids at a border HS in Texas 60 years ago who won the state championship. The movie would have sucked if it was fictional because it was presented as too far fetched to be true.
