As for Ejiofor I think he is a great addition. Borderline 5* depending on how things progress. More importantly is he is good fit as the type of big Self has done well with in the past.

So, just like Bill not going after a 4 type all offseason was indicative of Jalen returning I would read similarly into the fact that he rushed out and locked down Ejiofor for the year after. I would fully expect this season to be Jalen's last at KU.

Yeah I am not sure how much he plays this year but he really has the look of a guy that ends up playing more than the fan base expects. Jamari being a classic example.

Agree. It would also run the risk of hurting relationships with Team Loaded and Oak Hill, which you don't want of course.
