Which honestly is fairly related to length and athleticism. Bill is addressing things in recruiting, I've been pleased so far.

We should pretty much just play Jalen at the 4. I want to see two actual guards in the game as much as possible so hopefully recruiting continues to go well.
@BeddieKU23 Feel like we would have too many wings to play. I want to play 2 guards at all times and possibly 3 a lot depending on how things break.
@FarmerJayhawk I think he is Ochai insurance. The recent Athletic article basically confirmed it with "mid major wing" imo.

I hope Jalen is in the long term plans, don't have to be an above the rim player to be effective, ahem Perry ahem. He had some games early on where he looked like he could be a one and done. He still has a lot of eligibility left and plenty of room to continue to develop.

Imagine nothing will be given next year. Bill is on a roll filling the roster.
He got scouted and chased off the three point line. Felt like to get an okay look from three he had to be many feet behind the arc.

@Fightsongwriter I think in this case Bill is welcoming the overhaul as well. Jalen is a real nice player, but athleticism/defense is a bit of an issue.

@BeddieKU23 I don't even think it needs to be Aidoo to send Gethro off tbh. He couldn't get on the court at Sunrise. Maybe he gets better, hopefully it is at least under consideration.

Both. He mentioned KU was one of several schools recruiting the hardest. It's also expected he goes G-League which has been an option for him for a while
