Zuby dude
I blame Fran for our defense
37 here. Very windy, mix of rain and snow. Only going to get worse
Foul or flop?
Would like to see him get extended minutes again
Ledlum is their best player.
Should be a fun game before Xmas Break!
Star Arkansas Freshman Nick Smith, considered a Top 5 prospect for the NBA draft is out indefinitely with a knee injury. They are calling it "knee management". Full on protect the goods mode it seems. 2nd major injury for Arkansas

Missouri is Power 5? 🤮
Must be an oversight by Mark Emmert.
Big 12 went 4-0 last night. TCU beat Utah in a close one on the road and K St held the mighty Radford Highlanders at home to an 8 pt win. Iowa St's game was canceled against Peyton Manning's favorite word at the line or scrimmage.
Lots of blowout wins from the top 25 last night
Oof this is gold
Thanks for adding the icing on the cake.
Guy has some of the most puzzling defeats almost every year. Their fans must be joyed with him

OH MY GOD IOWA
That is the largest spread upset in the history of college basketball. The line was -31.5 Iowa.
Glad it happened to Iowa and Fran McCaffrey.
Edit: Eastern Illinois is 356 KenPom
Gotta tag Iowa's biggest fan on this site in @wissox . 😄
Oregon lost to Utah Valley at home. Now 7-6. Wonder if Altman will be on the hot seat...
Baylor only put up 58 points on Northwestern State at home. 58-48 final. Watched this one and KU is 7-10 points better then them right now, at minimum.
Oh this team can definitely repeat but it's too early in the season to worry about it. The last 3-4 games have shown us a real glimpse of how good we can be and there's several more layers I think this team can reach if certain guys continue to grind away. We may not have a perfect roster but our 1-5 can match just about anyone.
Right now KU has 4 starters good enough for First Team all Big 12. Voters would be lying to themselves if they didn't see this as realistic right now
So what did they do, actually pay him now?
They do have a game tomm in Cali so looks like they would travel Wednesday

@BeddieKU23 Kevin is finally playing for a real coach
Ooof, that's good and so true
Yeah its crazy the balance they have right now according to PER. Bobby saw a nice jump from this past game in really his first extended minutes of the season. He's capable of ascending up to the level others are at.
Harris at 18.6 is crazy, +7 from his career avg there. Let's you know how good he is playing. Adams, same deal, +5 from a year ago. McCullar +4.5 from last season. These guys have improved a lot
Creating the 3 headed monster at Wing. Self the last 2 years has bullied teams with elite wing play throwing waves of 6'6-6'8 wings at teams and there's nothing they can do about it.
Kevin is a big reason why this team is trending up. He still has his moments like early in the Indiana game, but he's been better than I even imagined. He wasn't this good at Tech, flashed but has really thrived here so far.
As promised, update after the Blowout victory over Indiana. That was fun!
Points
Jalen is 16 pts from 1,000. He definitely didn't have his best performance Saturday. If he did Indiana would have started the bus home a lot earlier.

Self has imo ascended even more. He's been running laps on coaches. Give him 7 days to prepare for anyone and your not beating him
KU is elite. We shall see what we have on the road in conference play but I really love the chemistry of this group. They get it.
Feel free to post whatever you want my friend. Just busy today to run all the numbers but will have it up early AM Monday
For sure Udeh has displayed a lack of maturity on the floor a good portion of the time he has played. Flashes are great but his lows are unplayable so it's a balancing act with him until he starts to get comfortable. I think a lot of the skills are there but he just hasn't had the light switch go on upstairs yet.
Zuby is mature and has a few skills we need on the court now which is rebounding and defending the post at his size. He made it difficult without fouling on Jackson Davis and was in the right spot on all his buckets. If he did that more we are cooking
Probably won't get to it until tomorrow. We good tho!
Is right here. Self doesn't trust the bench beyond Bobby right now. Joe, sometimes out of necessity. Zuby flashed big time and earns more chances with how he played. Beyond that it's up to the players to play better in practice. Self usually has a good tune on who deserves to play.
I will say not playing Rice or Udeh when the game was well in hand was concerning.
Self mentioned that turnovers and defense were main issues for MJ. Must be seeing that in practice. He's in the toughening box for sure.

Was Indiana coach mad at something while chatting with Self at the end of the game.
I noticed that too. Maybe the 3 at the end?
He told Self that Johnson broke his foot.

Cam martin
Unbelievable pass

9 Blocks by Jackson - -but we still layin it on them - Keven McCullar 11 points & 11 Rebounds
5 steals too. He's got juando arms. Venice fly traps
@Jethro said in KU vs. The Indiana Hoosiers Saturday 11AM This is a BIG GAME!!!:
look how hard we're playing...we're 22 points ahead, and we're getting floor burns...
This team gets it! And gets after it
Elite team.
Zuby is the answer
A few shots Jalen usually makes and a few have been blocked by an elite rim protector. He has still impacted the game in a big way. We good
Very impressed with the d zuby had on Davis a few ago. Stood a wall and didn't foul and forced a tough shot
Juan the reaper!
We keep playing sloppy. No rhythm at all
@DanR said in KU vs. The Indiana Hoosiers Saturday 11AM This is a BIG GAME!!!:
Jackson-Davis has a big freakin head
Really long arms.
Jalen was fouled bad
Need a bucket out this break. Jalen time
Missing point blank shots
Wtf are you doing dajuan
Unreal sloppy
