Perhaps the scheme we are running this year and likely will next year will just work better with different personnel. This years group it hasn't clicked outside a few games. DP is such a dynamic piece that he's going to make things look different
Not sure it's the roster. We brought in Mayo, Griffen & Coit to shoot the 3 and they do just that. Returnees Harris and Dickinson are not good 3 pt shooters. Storr is shooting career lows across the board (FG, 3pt, FT).
It's how we are getting the looks and the reliance on getting the ball inside to shoot 2's. It's a complete mess.
It's certainly possible we limp into the tournament with 13 losses at this stage.
Yeah he had a couple of plays while in that we don't see from others. Unfortunately he doesn't do anything else even remotely well and it is a team sport. Perhaps next year at his next school he will be given the freedom to play hero ball again. He will be best in a high usage system that doesn't care so much about certain things
I have no doubt it played a role as well.
He's really talented and has made a big impact for Bama. There are other factors at play for why he didn't end up here

I'm glad he's coming but at the same time I have a hard time seeing his appeal to here in our current state.
