Let's get another road win.
I give you a lot of credit for watching any post game footage after that one. Easily in the top 5 of most disappointing season finishes. Thought we had the team and stars align with it being in KC.
Interviewed by Jeff Goodman along with Armondo Bacot of UNC.
Says the door is open to come back next year.He just turned 23. His NIL is definitely a reason he could entertain another year.
What do we think?
Yeah I think your right. He didn't have an off-season at KU and then was limited to begin the season with shin splints. He seems to be finding ways to overcome all the obstacles thrown his way. Future pro
I hope he's here for a long time
I'd love for Juan to be a scoring savant as well as his other great skills but it's not productive to focus on it at this point. He's not becoming the next Ochai/Jalen/Kev at this stage.
We do need his level of play to remain high. I don't think he's consistently played at a high level compared to past years but the season is still young. I think we are seeing signs of him getting there since Conference Play started. This lineup change with Furphy for Elmarko is already making a big difference in a small sample size. You put 4 scorers around Juan like he's had in the past and good things will happen.
Harris is going to leave here a Top 5 PG in the Self era, perhaps the best when his career is over (that's still over a year away folks).
He's a National Champion & if he can win another in the next 2 years, he will be in the history books among the rarest of company.
He's won 83% of the games he's started so far in his career. He's got a shot to break the assists record here and will finish somewhere in the Top 10 in steals. He's on track to score over 1,000 points in his career here, not too shabby for someone that's a 4th/5th scoring option.
Above everything else that I've written here take a step back and realize what this kid has been through and appreciate how these young men can overcome such great adversity and make it into a positive. What an inspiration. It's about more than the game. We have a coach that realizes it too.
Udeh blew the game in Allen and missed a game winning FT last night. We are absolutely okay without him being the difference between wins and losses.
Yup, imagine he's a potential commit at some point. We shall see. Reminds me of KJ in the fact that he's so big but handles the ball. Seems like he will be positionless overall but be a good 4 man potentially.

Sebastian Williams-Adams (#21 overall ranked Jr) recapped his recent visit to KU. Texas A&M is also involved in this recruitment at this stage as took an
The environment was crazy," Williams-Adams said on Kansas. "Everybody is a Kansas fan out there. The fact that Allen Fieldhouse was packed during the holiday break made it feel like a professional environment. The team was prepared. They had a great shootaround, great scouting reports, and knew when to make the right adjustments when things did not work."
"The staff showed me the role they believe I would grow into," Williams-Adams continued. "They also showed me the culture of the team and the history of Kansas Basketball. It was nice to experience what the program stood for."
Williams-Adams says he does not plan on scheduling any official visits until the grassroots season comes to an end in July. He added that he does not have any additional unofficial visits planned at the moment and is unsure on a timeline for his commitment.
Hunter is now 34 pts away from 2,000 in his career. Would be 4th all-time in KU history for context.
Positive Movement on Kenpom after whoopin OSU.
Coming in #17 overall- 21.07 rating, after #14- 22.27 rating
39 offense, # 11 defense- after #31, #10
I'm happy with the performance last night. You need a game like this on the road where it's not a pressure cooker situation because the rest are going to be dogfights. The guys didn't play down to the competition and took care of business.
The national media and analytics will not react to this as quickly as it's happening, but this KU team is going to get better now that it's found its 5th starter. 2 games with Furphy in the lineup, 2 comfortable wins by double digits. That one change has spearheaded momentum in KU's favor. Self deploying the chess pieces as needed.
Thankfully he wasn't on the call tonight
