Omg you kidding me refs
Have to get Graham or vick the ball
Why can't you make a FT mason why
Svi huge
Of course that goes in
Is there a reason we send 4 guys to one guy who isn't impacting the game?
This is awesome and I'll admit I didn't see it c9ming
Wow brick city
How can u miss that mason. Killing us
This is the team we have been waiting for
Wow frank!!
No foul? Wtf
Let's keep doing the same things
Nice hands lucas lol
Nice drive by mason
Career night Willis shocking
It's obviously no
We are the best free throw shooting team in america
It's sad watching this team all apart
Jackson pulled a brady Lol
No, that's not likely
The last 3 they stopped play after Graham deflected the ball. Ref thought they kicked it. Then Willis gets a 3... home cooking

@kjayhawks So, what do we think? - -Do you agree with Coach K at duke and what his has done?
Nope he's a poor loser. It's like a 70 year old baby
I do not agree with the assessment of Frank's athletic ability. But they are right he's not an elite level athlete for his size but he has maximized his body and talents to become one tough SOB. We know because of his size he is going to have to be so good at a lot of things to make up for it.
I'm surprised his shooting hasn't been mentioned by scouts especially his 3pt% which is staggering compared to his career numbers. Sometimes scouts take a huge improvement like that as a negative and want to see more consistentcy over a career.
As far as the others they have it mostly right looking at these guys without KU blinders on. Jackson is a risk because of his shooting woes but there isn't another player that plays harder then him.
Hearing scouts say svi is not ready could be interesting when it comes time for him to decide. He would make next year's team a contender by coming back
Should be a high scoring game if we show up. Kentucky likes to play fast and take quick shots.
Kentucky doesn't play defense, KU doesn't either. Make shots and the rest of the game will come together
Traylor had a few..
Shaq's kid is skilled, definitely is a different type of big then his father but he's more in line with the new age forward. I honestly never payed much attention to him because it seemed like it was only a few teams with a chance. Sounds like we are definitely trying to be in contact. And of course my allegiance lies with getting Williams before anyone.
The Dotson situation just seems interesting, I know we have been pushing for him to visit for a while and now it's happening at a time when you don't see many underclassmen paying their own dime to come see a game. Lock em up Bill!
We spoke (anonymously) with multiple NBA executives to get their thoughts on the prospects who will be on the floor Saturday in Lexington:
Some interesting thoughts. Jackson somewhere in the Top 10, Graham a 2nd rounder late 1st, Mason still not getting any love, Svi needs to stay..
Kansas
Freshman guard Josh Jackson
"He's athletic, can pass, defend and will be able to play in the pick and roll. I like him because he does so much and is special on the defensive end. The only thing that worries me is his shooting. But he's a guy who will go in the top five to seven."
"He makes plays with the ball in his hands and is a versatile wing. He's also really tough. I'm not sure he'll be the No. 1 pick, but he's in the discussion, especially because he's different than all the other guys in the conversation."
"He has size, enough skill and all the intangibles. What has really impressed me, though, is his feel for the game. That's where I think he'll separate himself from guys like Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Justise Winslow."
Junior guard Devonte' Graham
"He's got good size and kind of reminds me of Mario Chalmers. He doesn't play the point all the time because of [Frank Mason III], but he's more of a natural point, and he makes big shots."
"I think he's a second-rounder, especially with all the point guards who are going to be taken early in this draft. He has a chance to slip in late in the first, but I'd say it's more likely he goes in the second."
"He needs to come back to school, because with Frank Mason leaving, he'll be the guy next season. He'll have the ball in his hands, and next year's draft won't be loaded with point guards. I like him, but don't love him."
Senior guard Frank Mason III
"I love his toughness. He's really, really tough and wants to take the big shot. But he's small and isn't a great athlete. That's not a great combination. I think he gets drafted, maybe mid-second round -- but he could wind up going undrafted also."
"Give him credit. He's really improved. Maybe he makes a team in our league, but I think it's just as likely he winds up overseas. What does he do great?"
"Terrific college player, but I have too many questions. Is he fast enough? Big enough? I just don't see it, but I guess he could be a third point guard on a roster."
Junior guard Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk
"He needs to stay in school. He can shoot it, and he's gotten better in other aspects of his game, but he needs to get much better before he leaves Kansas."
"If he leaves now, he's going to end up in Europe. He'll make a lot of money there, but he may as well stay another year and try and prove he's an elite shooter. He's a very good shooter, but he needs to show he's even better than he's been. That's the only way he gets to our league."
Interesting KU has reached out to Shaq's son a Top 50 recruit in 18.. Didn't think we were going to try with that one.
that is some funny stuff right there.
Dillon, Marcus Smart should not be your favorite NBA player.
I think with Coach K out, he could fly into Eugene and have another talk with him.
The Darkside has come out!
Thinking about the Dotson visit. It's odd a 2018 recruit is visiting mid-season. Have to wonder if the staff will push for a commitment if possible.
I wouldn't mind seeing us hit the grad transfer route, Black was a success before. We have been more active in that market the last few years. It will be interesting to see what's available after season's end. No matter who's back we don't have enough post depth or size and that needs to change
He'll have to play bigger then he is especially in the next 2 games.
My question stands here. If Mitch or Dwight were ready to step-in why has it taken 20 games and a suspension to get there. As you said its not like Bragg has played well where his game can't be replaced. Mitch in the last two games has started to show some hint of improvement. Dwight has sat so many games its hard to expect anything other than his 5 fouls.
At this point if we are even competitive I'll be happy. Impossible to ask these kids to put all the distractions behind them. Would be nice if this team rallied around the situations.
They probably are which is fine, not all top talent ends up panning out which we are clearly seeing this year with Duke.
Zion is a crazy man-child dunker but what else does he actually do? I watched a game of his recently and honestly he's got a ways to go in other parts of his game. I do think Bagley is the clear #1 choice. Zion will be a nice pro that can provide insane highlight dunks.
I think Langford would be better in a different system. But if he feels Duke is that fit, I will judge no further into the situation.
With the Bragg situation now clearly on his way out of the door its time for Self to reel in Emmitt Williams.
See ya Carlton.
I have no problem saying your done here.
