@RockChalkinTexas when he fell after his and 1, he didn't seem to be in any pain. He was "shooting it up" w/the fans. I thought he fell hard and was watching for his reaction, holding my breath!

Have a question, we've been talking about reviews. Did you see the end of Texas/TCU game? They reviewed a TCU player getting a foul for knocking down Ridley. Checking to see if it was a flagrant. They ruled off the common foul and gave the ball to TCU. Announcers said they had never seen them take away a common foul. Is that right? Ridley plowed the TCU player over to start with! Could they have called that w/the review?

@AsadZ Self took responsibility for the first 3's, he had them go under instead over on screens. He corrected it. Commented on another thread, I think Embiid is physically beat up. He's getting hammered! The calls are not consistent, confusing to the big fella, to all of us! He's not thinking about NBA. Just my opinion !

@nuleafjhawk I agree, most of all he's had the crap beat out of him this past month! Besides the physical beat down, it's hard for us to figure what they're going to call on him, imagine how a raw 7 footer is feeling?
@HighEliteMajor Tarik is a huge asset. Glad he's getting well-deserved props! He's a great leader too. He keeps his composure when I think I would lose it. I'm so proud he's a Jayhawk.
@JayhawkRock78 I like the no shoes better!!! I feel so much better after this game. We don't need everyone on the same night hitting. I love the different guys stepping up. Just imagine if we put it all together at the same time? Even though Wiggins wasn't hitting the first half, he was d ing up and had some great passes. Self has lots of teaching left, but nice to see them playing hard tonight. Still think we can get tougher, but really like these young kids!

@drgnslayr I think the reverse, instead of the flop hurting his game, I think his game(especially shooting) has been off, so he's resorting to flopping??? Chicken or the egg? I think you are right about Marcus. I really questioned if Ford was encouraging this kind of play.

@globaljaybird it is very sad, people are so quick to judge these kids, when staying in a program does give them a purpose. I read an article about this kids mom. Very sad!
@wissoxfan83 we've got to learn to play thru the crappy calls. And.... There were a few of them!!!! I watched the first half again last pm, some bad calls, especially on Embiid !

@Wishawk agree, not criticizing Tharpe's play, but think we need a vocal leader on the court. Tharpe was on the bench quite awhile too. I really hope we see a tougher team tues, and not a 3 game losing streak!

I've said it a lot, but I miss Releford. Can Wayne be "that guy"? I just can't understand how you can be so talented and not have fire in your heart? Still bummed! I'd like to see a replay of Embiid being thrown down again. What does it take to get a review? Seems like everyone we play reviews calls on us! Sucks!

@drgnslayr completely understand, I can't let it slide, nor find positives. Do you think he used the whip or carrot? Sounds like the carrot. What did you think about some of the calls? I never use that as an excuse! Just wanted your opinion.
