@Bwag I think we look like 2008. The ball just zips around, and gets in the right spot. Maybe I am mistaken, but I don't ever remember Baylor coming out of their zone to a m2m...ever. Holy cow, remember how we would struggle with zones in the past?
@wissoxfan83 You and I remember when it was a big deal to make the NCAA. I assume you remember the Ted Owens years back in the day, when K-State and Misery were both better programs at that time. So, some of these youngins have grown up spoiled on our success over the years. I'm not worried about it - this looks like a national championship team this year. Imagine how ridiculous they will look by the end of the year...lol.

@KansasComet Playing two point guards has changed our whole offense. This is the best offense I've seen since 2008. Everyone is stressing over who is playing the 5, and I am coming to the conclusion that with this new offense, it's not as big an issue as it would've been in years past. So far, we have played two teams ( Vandy/ Anteaters ) that were much taller than us, and we honestly didn't bat an eye. Plus, I think our team is alot more fun to watch playing fast.

@pa_grape Welcome aboard. I never know what to make of what Bill does, but I'm looking at the bottom line so far, and it looks real good. I would think he would want to play both Diallo and Bragg at every opportunity ... every 15 point lead, put 'em in. Maybe it's simply team chemistry, team pecking order ....i really don't know. Is it he's wanting to have those two back next year???? If they did both come back, we would be the runaway favorites for the national championship next year.

@DoubleDD I hope there is a way to work in all three freshmen more, but I have to say I was damned proud of the way Mick and LL played against the Cal Redwoods. I wasn't for the C-5 at first, but game after game, I have to admit it's growing on me. The results have been really astonishing. I still think having two point guards in the game, driving...dishing etc has had a much bigger impact on the team than whoever is manning the 5.

I hope OU comes in 0-1. They are our real competition. They beat Nova ( ranked number 5 at the time) by 23. They are very good. Still, they lack that great defensive core, which has allowed us to beat them.
