We just need to worry about on the filed - the rankings will take care of themselves, or it could be the shortest lived time in the rankings -really not sure if we ar quite ready for rankings or not - -but through attrition probably will be.

Actually thought Jalen had a chance to get that National attention again , but then have watched some othres from the weekend - -multiple QB'S had really good games but that's ok - we know we got us a winner

Really happy to see these 4 wins - -shows we got this thing turned or at least 85 % turned around. - -Sorry to say I think ew might relly struggle to win any more this season - - getting into the meat of the Big 12 and at the present I just don't think our defense can stand up big enough to help oir offense enough for another win.

Our defense has work to do , and the thing is I'm not sure exactly where at - unless it is just everywhere. - -Got to get more pressure & GOT TO BE ABLE TO STOP THE DAM RUN , but love it - -maybe kust maybe might be able to gt Iowa State gonna be hard

They're improved from last year, but improved from the worst still only gets them to a bad defense. West Virginia is a good team with a good offense and they had no issues moving the ball and scoring on KU's defense.

Is Duke better than West Virginia? No, but they've looked better than Houston has so far on offense so they'll be able to score on KU's defense. Duke's defense has average against bad teams so I expect KU's offense to carve up Duke's defense and put up a lot of points today.

I look for KU to win today with a score of 49-35

I think Duke gonna have trouble with KU for sure I have heard every week about these teams and I agree till I see the results - but Duke is no way better then West Virginia defense - -all we heard was Mr Stills how he pressures - -w heard how we hadn't seen the type of pressure from both sides Houston was gonna show - -and the results ?- - NOTHING ZERO SACKS. You can bet they gonna draw a game plan to stop Jalen - which in turn should open things up for our other backs. -- I've liked what I've seen from Morrison on his limited touch's & HiShaw has been good -. Hope we don't come out and lay an egg with all the big recruits we have in today.

I haven't been able to watch, but will tomorrow. Since the name Duke will be on the helmet I'm pumped. First time I've checked game time for a KU football game since the Mangino years.

I watched the Houston game on youtube. I was unprepared for how dynamic a playmaker Daniels is. (too prove how tough it is to get into KU football I had to look his name up to write Daniels there, it's not yet a name I know automatically.) I was simply amazed.

Not sure how much of a comparison this is, but my first year on campus was 85. The team that year started well and had some talent. Willie Pless was on his way to a league tackle record. Mike Norseth was throwing for big yards. They were ranked and went to Auburn and lost narrowly. But the center (I can't remember his name) got hurt and the season caved in drastically. @mayjay pointed out the impact of an injury during his years on campus even longer ago than when I was there!

I have no clue how deep our roster is. The usual way of thinking is there's not a great depth chart. But maybe Lance is changing that?

Anyways, great post, I feel a little guilty for jumping on the bandwagon, even toying with doing a little road trip with my KU roomie to see the team if it stays interesting. Thanks for pumping us up. Lets keep this thing going!

Armaj Adams-Reed is another I'd like to give a shoutout. He's lost 100ish pounds since his true freshman season and now is a DUDE at 315ish. Best part is, only Bostick is out of eligibility after this season. Literally everyone else could come back.

Just saw a interview that was from ESPN talking to Coach - -Then I saw one from Yahoo Sports- that's just two today - -Have seen articles from CBS - - & from USA Today - -hear talk about KU of Sic-em 365 - - -talk of Texas Tech Boards , Oklahoma State Boards ,. - -All the media talk and everything else - - there is no way that al this can be anything but positive look for our program -More/better Recruits are gonna be taking notice and saying hmmmm, maybe I DO need to check KU out a little more - - MAYBE they are getting things turned around.

Hre are just a few tid bits for the game. - -True Duke is 3-o - - some stat - -Duke 205 yds rushing per - - -255.55 passing per - Their offense total yards in these games, - - -506 yards against Temple - - 461 yards against whoever the hell they were and 420 yards against Northwestern. - - Duke ties for 1st in the Nation with 6 fumble recoveries. - -Duke hasn't trailed in a game this year including a 45 -0 in 1st quarter - -& 110/43 overall

Sounds decent right ? - - - -as the infamous Lee Corso likes to say - - -NOT SO FAST MY FRIENDS lol. -you have to take into account who they have played. - - Now I know it's ESPN but this Temple team is a baad tam - -they are like # 7 in ESPN'S bottom ten of College Football - -& Northwestern is right there knocking on the door of the Bottom ten.

I don't think they have ran into a team with the talent that we have in a dual threat QB - -or ran into a stable of RB'S like we have yet this year. One guy I have been impressed with for the amount of touchs so far this year for me - - -Mr Morrison - -like how he runs -- Love how our O-Line is playing - -the multiple Wr's making catch's

Not trying to be overly confident - -don't think we can take that approach after 3 games yet - but MAN I like how these guys show no quit and are playing well
