Your point I don’t agree and here’s why.
If you are battling for a position with another guy and playing time and that guy makes the bonehead play you made but stays in the game.....how’s that sit with you?When you have the better arm, better 12-6 curve but you only get a few opportunities and if one night you get schlacked well good luck. But if the other pitcher does he still stays in the rotation.
The leash and who gets said leash by trust is the issue. Yes, coaches do play favorites they are 100% human. Bosses play favorites, parents, ect everyone does.
Coach talks differently about Harris than he does remy or Joe.

Looked up stats of board - -KU averages like 36.2 rebounds per game. - -We are a terrible terrible offensive rebounding team - - w average only 11.1 offensive rebounds per game - -FRICKEN ELEVEN OFFENSIVE REBOUNDS PER -defensively much better w average 25.8 rebounds per - -why the hell can't we be better offensively

We turned it over 15 times in the game to their 6 and Texas wasn’t playing any pressure defense. Same issue has been mentioned with our rebounding problems..... Braun looking at you with 0.
Dave an absolute beast on 1 leg. He isn’t a legit KU big but he earned respect busting his tail while injured in the most physical game of the year.

Got this from another site I belong to and a fan brought this up and think he makes a very valid point. - - WE shoot 58/56 % from the field- -Texas shoots 41 % - - Texas goes 3-20 from the three.
Why in the hell Didn't Coach go to a Zone isn't a goal to expose the other teams weakness , things that will help you win. - -Like he said we know Coach wants the team to show toughness , and hates playing a zone - -but sometimes a new look especially when you see that the other team is really struggling from that area - -take it - -use it to your advantage, also keeps them from rebounding even further - -Dam come on now, sometimes you got to do what you need to do.
There is no excuse when you shoot that much better from the field to get beat. - - Texas is not that much of an offensive team, they average 68.2 per game, goes to show also how bad our defense is - -they score right at 80 on us. - -how long had it been since they had done that. - -two glaring mistakes --Rebounds and defense

One of the most interesting characters was a guy who was a Villanova fan. I honestly suspected it, but didn't know for sure until CBS Sports started having moderators in the room (a new thing at that time), and they busted him. He had accounts for several different BIG East schools, a Gonzaga account, and like 6 or 7 different Villanova accounts.
So, when you see supposed "fans" that do nothing but insult the coach and the team 24/7, maybe they aren't really fans...maybe they're trolls looking to get us to overreact. Thank God we have a way with the ignore button to silence them. RCJHGKU!

We got them bear in just about every single catagory. - - They play ugly ball , muddy ball. -KU 80.2 ppg - Tex 68.2 ppg - Texas terrible rebounding team -KU 37.3 - - Tex 33.2 ( hell their top rebounder is Allen at 6.5 then drops down t 2 something pe game ) -we average more assists per game - w shoot better 49.2 compared to 45.6 - -3 pt KU 36. % - -Tex 33.4 %
The only things they are better at , we turn it over at ONE more turnover per game then they do- -13. 1- - to 12.0
Texas top three Scorers 11.2 - -11.1- - & 10.0 - -Ku's is 20.8-- - -15.2 - - -9.4 but also 9.0 & 8.2 - -huge difference deeper

Certainly have to be concerned about a letdown after a huge victory. It's short rest where we have to travel and they do not.
They have held 5 of their last 6 opponents below 70 points which is significant for a KU team that averages 80 a game. The only outlier recently was the super charged road game at Texas Tech where emotion was higher then the game.
According to Torvik they are 97th in offensive efficiency & 17th defensively which is no surprise under Beard. They are top 10 in forcing turnovers so that's a concern for a KU team that can get leaky with the ball on the road (see ISU).
They are a poor defensive rebounding team so hello David and Jalen here.
Their 2 pt defense is Top 25 & 3 pt defense Top 50.
They have bigs that can score around the paint so its important we get a good defensive effort there to force perimeter shots. Ramey is their most efficient perimeter scorer but between the trio of him, Jones & Carr there isn't much separating them on makes vs takes.
Hopefully KU rides their confidence train into Austin. Play solid d, rebound and make enough shots that you get. If KU can get some run outs to change the pace of the game they stand a really good shot. If they let Texas keep it in the 50's, low 60's I'm concerned.
I don't know why that I feel better about this game then I have others in recent past .I know it's a short turnaround- -but like Coach said it's a short turnaround for them too. Just they don't travel.- -i guess I've seen enough games of them this year that something about them , they are yet another team that at times have trouble scoring the ball.
Their defense is good but yet hell every team almost in the league has really good defense. I would say if were good enough to compete with Tech's defense then we are good enough to compete with Texas defense. ,I personally just don't feel they are any better at their defensive end the Tech is , actually I think Tech is better. Offensively Texas 97th, that isn't something that should put the fear of GOD into your heart - -that's not a really good offense. - -Ya they got bigs that can score but they aren't a dominating scorers
The ONE thing to me that may be of concern would be the TO's - yet if Jau and Joe and take care of that - -again maybe just me but I know sound crazy but I' just not that overly concerned -After the way we have played these last couple of games. -Being Short handed on the road at ISU true to's was not good , but you think we handle the ball that poorly and still win, Had Balanced scoring really balanced , then the way we played Saturday totally dominating Baylor from tip to the final buzzer and beating them in every phase of the game.

So of and running , rumors have started up again pretty furiously about reno at Memorial stadium. - -Now guys I don't have any kind of information myself , just things that have been poste about Renovation of Memorial. Coming from 2-3 different Sources. Reddit CFB had a post about it & Vernon poster about it.
Of Course you have Boo-Koo different opinions and thoughts -things people saying and of Course the most truthful thing being said it will be reno while others said for the price of the amount it's going to cost it would be better to total demolish and rebuild.
Heard these numbers nothing Concrete but numbers being tossed out saying if we were to just start from scratch we could probably get out for 300 Million -but if it's a Reno because Memorial is so far behing code in so many different area's your looking at more of 400/500 million - just so much within the inner structure.
There is talk that KU will not play any of their games in Lawrence during this and talk of playing at Sporting Park - -well there is difference of opinion there also - -who the el knows. Like I said I don't but just going with the for some conversation here, peoples opinions. - -Then other talk about it being done in Phases which makes the most sense to me. - -People saying they won't be playing at Sporting Park because Sporting Park pretty touchy about things as they I guess have other obligations something along that line.
