Thing is true ISU plays good defense tough - -BUT they really struggle at times to score themselves , long scoring droughts. MAYBE a strong Dave shows tonight - - Christan has got to quit passing up wide open looks , did the same thing last year - I just think even with things how they are I think if we come out solid we will find a way to win this. - We have been through several tight games so should be able to play ok if it is w will see.
ISU with Och out will probably look to clamp down even more on Christan - he has got to up his game tonight

The first is the # 11 player off 247 name is Kylan Boswell made his top 7. - -Thing is with this one we were on his initial top 5 Schools of interest and we still in the game. - - a 6'1 PG from Compass prep Arizona, looking to commit sooner then later.- -Other Schools running with us for him : - -Illinois - - Arizona ( probably the favorite but never know , Michigan , Oregon , Texas Tech & USC & KU. - -Boswell says he has visited Illinois , next visit will be Arizona and said he is looking to visit the others, said sorry he could take only 5 visits but would have to see about fit and then visit

Never know and ya probably a really long stretch to think he would commit here but at least noticed we made his top 7, Kid is a 4 * Wide receiver. - -Thing is in his 247 profile ranked pretty dam high. - - in the 247 Composite he is the # 108 ranked player-- 10th best athlete -- & 21st in Texas - -- Then the 247 has him as the # 53 ranked- - 6th best Athlete - & 10th best coming out of Texas
The kid's name is Ryan , Neblett - -and thig is he had KU in his top 5 schools he was interested in along with Alabama , Arkansas , Baylor , Houston.
Read now where we have made his cut to top 7 - they are pretty much the Same - Alabama , Arkansas , Baylor , Houston , Texas Tech , & Texas A & M- - -he has dropped USC - - Penn State & I think Florida last one might not be right.

Me too buddy. One thing and it's nit picking and I know when he get's in College that wil be taken care of. - The only thing I see is on the defensive end but like I said it's mainly because of where he is right now, and that was really bad getting back on defense or IF he gets back kind of jogs - - -BUT I think thats the way it is in a lot of kids in these kind of Schools so I'm not worried - -these guys just want to display offensively.- - I think Grady is really gonna be a stud herre

True it's Hilton , but Iowas St has trouble scoring at times and if we can play our game against Tech- then we should be able to run and play better against ISU.

After the almost perfect first half, I think he got spooked by the drops. Looked like they tried to go deep too often, taking his dumpoffs in the flats away.
The Chiefs under Mahomes have come back far more than was reasonable to expect. They will try to adjust in the offseason to make the success sustainable. It will be interesting to see if the powers that be think the problems are more on D than O. I think we need another fast LB and a fast safety (sorry, Dan).
I would also invest in some vector physics classes for tacklers so we can cut this crap out of running straight at the spot where a guy catches the ball rather than allowing for the guy to actually be wanting to go forward. That, and maybe a few hundred tackling dummies...

The blowouts seem to bring out more views since it usually only occurs when KU doesn't play well for all or a majority of the game. We've had some pretty bad losses in recent memory, some in the regular season, some in the post-season. As the original post hits on, we just need some dudes and looks like we have a recruiting class that is expected of a blue-blood program. Would be nice if we sustained those classes. I think Self can maintain and get some more success landing more recruiting classes like this one and sprinkling in some good transfers.
