to show a difference from last year to this about Depth , last year struggled with points off the bench--This year first two games bench has scored -- --- -45 points - --& 42 points

@Texas-Hawk-10 I was telling friends this past week, that I was booking KU would beat Iowa St. -I'm calling this game also maybe not quite as confident but just feeling like we can for sure play with these guys.

If we can play wit and basically control 3/4 of the game against ISU defense which was suppose to be so rugged and w were getting many, many chunk yardage run & pass - I'm fully confident in this game - -this is not the team of a month a go.

Stats point this out , we have lost five games by six or less-- - -most in the nation we could very easily be 7-2 as well as 3-6 -Losing to K/State by two where we outplayed them, even K Stater's sayin wee should of beat them these last wo years -- Beating Iowa St the way we did. A lot of their fans seem to think they gonna gt whupped, varying from competitive to a whupping/beatdown. I think it will be a very competitive game They showed , they were talking Davis needed to have a huge game - - didn't know how they would guard Hunter if he posted up in the block.

Think I have to agree with Swain on this. Saying Ku has the capability of having so many line up combinations this year as compared to last , saying you could see 4-5 different possibilities .

Last year if Hunter was having a bad game , or if Furphy was having a bad game , or if Kevin was having a bad game or not healthy KU really struggled

This year a lot of different possibilities Gonna be interesting/fun to see how this turns out Once AJ get's settled in - -Once Rylan get's settled in - -think a lot of Zeke's performance like at Arkansas was a lot of first game jitters .

Diddy showing last night he didn't have to play hero ball like what Northern Illinois, just playing within the system , being able to move the ball - - AJ hasn't quite got it figured out yet -- -he will, think we just got many scorers - - love Diddy's juice , kid is just -- no fear, not afraid, shows no signs of bigger stage -- he quite possibly could play a big piece this year - - gonna be interesting

Just a rando thought but I actually think other teams are going to have more of a problem tryin to defend Ku this yr. I think we aren't going to have to worry about scoring this year---we have the scorers. Diddy - - -Rylan - -Zeke- - -Hunter - --even Aj before it's all said and done.

I think we are going to be able to space the floor, they won't be able to clog the lane as much - -and w won't have to hear from our expert about our D-2 player having to score more, he won't be on the floor as much, he can focus on running he team more, and yet our expert will I'm sure be able to find something - -Anyways I truly believe we got the scorers this year.

Zeke with 19 points and some rebounds- --Flory with 13-- -and 8 for his debut- -and Diddy I believe had 8 points a couple of Steals and some assists --solid defense- -could of scored more but played well
