@BShark I know I was surprised they came back from down bye 17 to be down 5 at the half.
Most of these guys have already spoke with bragg, I'm sure he will still practice. I don't see it being a huge distraction now that it has been a day and he has been released, @Crimsonorblue22 it will be interesting to see if he is allowed to sit on the bench my guess is not.

Well, we have had some bad news today that filled the board to say the least. But we do have a game tomorrow vs our old friends from the north 2:15 ESPN U that we currently have a 17 game win streak against. They are super young and bring a 5-4 record to town, will we be distracted from the Bragg incident and lose? I would guess not I don't think they have the ponies to hang even with news of Bragg. Former KU Coach Ted Owen's son is a director of operations for them. They did give Creighton (former KSU guard Marcus Foster ended up there) a decent game for a half on Wednesday at home, I'll say KU 88 NU 64.
@JayHawkFanToo Agreed we all have our disagreements but this guy seems like an anti KU troll if I was to guess.
@JayHawkFanToo You are probably correct, that's what most logical people would do suspend indefinitely until the matter is resolved. One other thing to think about is CJ Giles was kicked off the team for this type of stuff, Mario Little was not but his GF dropped charges if I remember correctly.
@Crimsonorblue22 I would guess there is evidence at this point or it would've been dismissed today, not a 100% sure but @justanotherfan is a lawyer I believe.
Interesting that Joe Davis is saying he doesn't deserve to be Jayhawk. I agree if proven guilty but kinda jumping the gun IMO.

He will appear in court today at 3pm . Hopefully its nothing, I had a friend get arrested for assault for pushing someone that was dismissed. We can hope its something along those lines, to me it would be stupid to waste tax dollars and time to arrest someone for pushing to start with but that's the way it goes.

Very very foolish of Bragg, Obviously innocent til proven guilty but just not smart on his part for putting himself in that situation. He also could just be falsely accused, its like our parents used to say nothing good happens after midnight. I'm sure he had some sort of curfew with it being in the season.
Davidson gets it down to 3 in the last 2 minutes but the zebras makes sure UNC doesn't lose at home with some bad calls late. UNC 83-74.
UNC getting all they want from Davidson currently. We play them later and tell you they look pretty salty. Got a big named Aldrich that will probably go for 25 plus on our weak post defense and solid guard named gibbs. If not for UNC's Justin Jackson going nuts from 3, 7 for 11 right now. Davidson maybe ahead, 5 minutes left 67-76.

TCU is playing SMU on the road on ESPN news. My first look at them this year, they are down 5 at the half. They have played ok defense but are settling for contested jump shots on offense. They are sneaky on the offensive glass. Anyone else watching?
@Kcmatt7 Nobody thought Ohio State could hang with Bama a few years ago ether. I just think there is a better way need to get the NCAA together so that they recognize the NC. The CPI and BCS were not. Its the only form of sports besides Juco football that doesn't have a decent playoff.
@justanotherfan Frank has averaged less than 30 minutes in wins vs UNCA, Siena and UMKC. I'm good with that he needs to get some minutes to get better playing with Doke and JJ. I'm gonna say this not to anyone particular but hot shooting remedies a lot on the court. The best stat to me was rebounds we had more than double theirs, you don't see that often. UMKC has the ability to stay in games with their 3 point shooting, KU had too many guys just go nuts from the outside and you cant get in their face or they can drive bye you.
I think the recipe for beating most teams is the same. Execution, getting the other team in foul trouble, win the rebounding battle, make shots and limit open looks. I agree with what Self says about how a team really doesn't peak in this day, you play 40 games. 5 you play better than you are, 5 you play terrible and the other 30 is who you are.

Thank you Head Coach Bill Self, not for getting KU hundreds of wins on your way to 600, but for changing the lives of so many young men across literally the whole world. Jamari Traylor was once homeless living in car, Bmac was stuck in a low income house hold sleeping in the same room as all of his siblings to stay warm. Cole Aldrich's dad was laid off and not able to support his family anymore. Joel Embiid was just a tall dude from half way around the world trying to make a name for himself to get out poverty. Just a few examples of many while Self is a great coach, Congratulations 600.
Really impressed that we only let up 62 points. Usually when most teams score over 100 they let up 70 or 80 because they take so many possessions off defensively in the game knowing they can score at will. We also had a funky line up from about 8 to go on to the end with walk-ons in most of the last 3 minutes.

@BShark With us playing small and having 4 other bigs I think would be okay most games. The only game he was truly needed was Indiana because it was a foul when I reached for my drink.

KU shooting 53% from the floor, 60% from 3. Leads the rebounding 21-15. Good game to play we will meet some good shooting teams like this that we have to adjust to.

@BeddieKU23 Idk how much id worry about FTs at this point because of guys like Clay Young (0-3), Coleby(2-6) and Lightfoot (0-5) are killing the percentage quite a bit 104 for 174 with them for 59.7% and just removing these guys we are 102 for 160 we are respectable at 63.75%. That and Doka's 5 for 15 at 33%, just about every one else in the rotation is shooting better than 56% besides Svi at 50% but he's only shot 2.
