Getting a stop coming out of the half will be key. Let them go score a TD and it will feel out of reach. Key plays that hurt us Mason’s third down drop, Beans miss on a wide open TD and Wilson’s fumble. We are probably up 21-14 with us making those.

@BShark Bean is great back up QB but his decision making as you state is head scratching, especially for a 6th year guy. I think we can beat OU with him but think we would have a much better shot with JD.

Unfortunately most of these young men have not had good role models.

@benshawks08 it’s interesting to me that the word “Chief” could be offensive to anyone. You’d have change the Kansas Chiefs mascot, police chiefs, fire chiefs and potentially CEOs, Etc. I have Native American family by marriage they all go to games and love the chiefs. I could see the chant being offensive to some forsure and they should consider cutting it out. Mostly it’s white folk that decide what’s offensive and what’s not. Which is just silly in my opinion. I have 17 employees underneath me at work. We are all a very close group, 3 of them are black one of them is a very close friend and everytime something pops up as racism on news or wherever. I ask them how they feel about it (I don’t not tolerate racism in the work place under any circumstances) It’s their feelings that should carry the weight. Usually they give me the answer “just another woke white person wanting attention”. This all I’ll say on the matter, just my opinion. You guys and gals are welcome to your own.

If JD plays, KU has a chance against OU and I’m sorry but I think we have chance late in Austin again if he’s on the field. That was a 20-14 game late in the 3rd quarter. Jalon is too high character to pull any of this. I know it’s bad memories with Hebert but he wasn’t playing due to Pooka.

@AsadZ the cute play calling by Reid is getting stupid and easy to predict. It was very costly vs the lions and could’ve been against Denver if they had something that resembled an offense.
