@HawkChamp Don't under estimate our veteran players Mason, Graham, Lucas, or Svi. I will give them some credit. They want to win just like the other team. Even Calipari is concerned about their young guards matching our experienced guards. Landen will have to show his veteran leadership. Jackson will have to shine like a top ranked recruit.
We've already said that Lightfoot will need an uncharacteristic game too. Coleby needs to be prepared to rest both LL and ML with some quality mins.
If Adebayo(sp) has a good game, UK wins. KU needs to play their game and let UK self destruct. Calipari gave a peek of his plan that his players will have to hustle and dive for loose balls. KU needs to be physical and not take this game for granted if they want to win. IF they don't, oh well, it's non-con and they drop to around 5 or 6 overall.
Oh, hopefully the B12 reps well. But, all I care about is KU in the end.
@jaybate-1.0 JB, some were saying that Self wasn't too worried about the WVU loss. However, I would think any conference win is important. The non-cons mean little to nothing. Also, there is a risk of injury too and it appears there were some non-con disagreements among the coaches, ie. Huggy mentioned they weren't happy with the non-con games.
@Texas-Hawk-10 Oh yeah...Greene took the crown. That guy was always getting suspended for something stupid.
Tyshawn or the Morri ? I think they had 1 ea and then they were each suspended separately. TT was suspended 1-2 for team rules. He was suspended for a couple of other off court indiscretions. I think TT had at least 3 for his time at KU. I'm not sure about a single season.
@HighEliteMajor Frank has definitely earned it too. It's not hype or even a KU brand thing either. It has been hard work by Frank.
@jaybate-1.0 JB...you remember what Wigs did against WVU in Morgantown? You definitely remember the result of that game, and his 40+ wasn't enough.
Unfortunately in the B12, we need more than one OAD to go for 40+ points. The entire team will have to contribute. We all know this is way easier said than done right now.
